Remarks

It is a well crowded university located in a city area. infrastucture is good, teachers are qualified, university provide all facility and highly consistency in running classes But placement cell is not much active. Fees is comparatively low.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I love to learn technical skills and i wanted to make my career in IT field that's why i choosed this valuable course. Faculty is good like all other colleges but not much updated but very displined and sincere. total 66 students in IT branch with a good ratio of g/b = 30/36. Exam is usually tough but cover the syllabus. Everything like exam, result done on time.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 83643 per year

Placement Experience

Now they are providing good knowledge, about placement and also focusing to build enterpreneur mindset. placement cell is much active now then before. many companies visits every year like TCS, cognigent, average package is 3.5 lakhs with highest 10 lakhs and lowest 2.5.

Fee Structure And Facilities

fee is normal, comparatively low with other colleges. it is 83k apprx. students need to submit the scholarship form individually like state govt or central govt. sometimes you get scholarship sometimes not. Campus job experience is poor. placement cell is not much active.

Campus Life

Life is good at campus, all students socialize with each other, many events occur every year like technospan and other cultural fest. There is good stadium in campus and a big swimming pool and a extra curricular house.

Hostel Facilities

Chhatrapati shahuji maharaj University kanpur

Exam Structure

UPSEE,2019 256

Admission

No GD, no interview only a Entrance exam Of UP which is UPSEE and then counceling process where we have enter colleges name and then according to merit list we get letter.

Hostel Facilities and Accommodation Experience at SRMU University

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Faculty Quality and Placement Opportunities at SRMU University
Spacious campus and decent infrastructure.
Supportive and knowledgeable Good academic environment and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Placement opportunities could be improved.
Hostel facilities and maintenance need improvement.
More practical learning and industry exposure are needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 4 out of 5. It is relevant and covers the essential concepts of the subject, providing a good theoretical foundation. However, more practical learning, industry exposure, and updated course content would make it more comprehensive and career-oriented.

The beauty of BHU

Likes

The things I liked about the college are the faculty and the professors. They are very cooperative and helpful.
The campus life is quite beautiful here, campus is very close to nature and you can get fresh air. Also the infrastructure is on the top they have all the facilities which are required.
There is an active placement cell in the campus which usually provide in campus placement to students according to their concerned departments.

Dislikes

Some of the things which i think should need to be improved are the classrooms and canteens.
Also I think there is need of improvement in placement cells fir humanities students.
For library I would also say there needs an improvement because they have less capacity in comparison with number of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very relevant. I took admission in pg diploma in guidance and counselling which is a one year diploma course. I was inspired to do this course specially because it can provide you placement for sure. After this you can apply as a counsellor in any academic setting or NGOs.The teaching method of professors is quite good. They almost cover the entire syllabus before exams

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My ideas and thoughts

I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted. My experience is so good and is so easy ....Read More
