Life of an Integralian

Integral University is ranked amongst the top two Private universities of UP and this was one of the reasons why I opted for MBA here. My elder sibling had also pursued his MBA in Digital Marketing from Integral University and had secured a good package and hence I decided to join the college as well.

Here at Integral, faculties approach to teaching is a little different. The teachers here push students towards holistic development rather than just focussing on a single aspect. Industry experts are regularly invited as guest lecturers to help give us an insight in the the actual business world. Guest lectures are quite an integral part of the curriculum here at Integral.

Honestly, the placements aren't that great but if you are someone who mostly compares ROI then the placements won't seem bad to you. In my batch around 80% students were placed. TCS, Wipro, HCL, Accenture, Amazon, Jaro Education and Byjus were few of the top recruiters with Sales and HR being the most preferred profiles.

1.25 lacs is the per annum fee which brings the total fee for two years around 2.5 lacs. Freshers who decide to pay the fee in full at once also get a rebate of Rs.5,000. The fee does not include accommodation, hostel charges are separate. The college also provides around six scholarships among which one is merit based. I, personally got the Alumni scholarship which is provided to the sibling of an alumni.

You'd love the campus life at Integral. The mess has amazing food, the infra is great and the greenery will definitely win you over. I loved taking long walks with my friends in the evening and we also had free access to the gym from 5-9 pm.

The hostels are clean and nice. One can opt for either a single occupancy room or a triple sharing. Common room with indoor games was the highlight of the hostel for me at least. Other than this, playground and courts for outdoor games were also provided. 24 hrs of free wifi as well as a reading room were quite the add on.

The college conducts Integral University Entrance Test (IUET) for admissions into MBA. After passing IUET I had to go through a round of counselling and Interview to secure a seat. Firstly one needs to apply for the test through the official website and then appear for a 90 minute test on a given date (online). The paper consists of questions relating to General Studies, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
