College management is quite strict regarding rules and regulations. They are also very cooperative and helpful in problematic conditions.

I had to sit for WBJEE. I opted for B.Tech CSE as this was the most talked about popular course in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is the one followed by the MAKAUT(Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University Of Technology) formely WBUT(West Bengal University Of Technology) as that is the university of the college. The course curriculum is in sync with the modern day BTech course followed by IITs.
Internships Opportunities
The mass intership provider is Tata Consultancy Service. Most others have to get it in off campus intership as it is quite on a normal side. A 2 month internship can pay around Rs. 5000- Rs 20000
Placement Experience
The mass recruiter for our stream and for most of the college is Tata Consultancy Services. TCS provides a package on average of 3.2 lakhs per annum. Other recruiters are Deloitte, Johnson Control, Meu Sigma etc. About 90% of the student in a batch gets recruited by TCS
College Events
The cultural fest of the college is Anakhronos. Its a 2 day extravaganza where any reputed singers come to perfoms. In previous years Md. Irfan Ali, Benny Dayal, Lucky Ali etc have turned up. The technical fest is Edge. Its a 3 day extravaganza. In previous years TVF, Kumar Vishwas, Durjoy Dutta, Chetan Bhagat etc. have turned up for guest lectures
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure varies year to year, you can expect a max increase by 10% in the fees.Fees is around 40, 000 on an average per semester. Exam fee and registration fees are extra. Exam fee per semester is Rs 1000.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loans can be availed from banks as an education loan and college is quite helpful to those students by providing them with important documents that may be asked by the concerned banks.
Campus Life
Campus life here is a fun one. Whole year round there are extra curricular events and sports events. These extracurricular events splashes large part during the fest seasons. Robotics workshop take place whole year round.
Hostel Facilities
College does not give any hostel facilities and mess food as they have none. People of different states have to adjust in a PG. college does provide hostel which are autonomous who have tied up with college. These hostels are costly and not up to the stan
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors students are very helpful and does take pleasure in helping the juniors whenever are approached. Alumni networks helps as good company hover during placement season.
Exam Structure
Exams and labs leaves us with a hectic day. There are 8 semester exams conducted by WBUT. In each semester college takes internal exams which are in turn added with main exam marks to get total marks for a subject
Faculty
The faculty are average in my opinion, most of the faculty are alumni of best government college like IITs, JU, BESU but the teaching is quite average.
