Academy of Technology provides admission based on the ranks of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and JEE Mains Rank. For both, the case there are different cut off is applied. You can get admission only through the West Bengal Counseling Process. To appear in the formerly mentioned process you need to secure at least 60% marks in your Board Exam. The cut-off varies every year from 3k-60k based on which course you are applying. Apart from this, some reserved seats are available. After you get your college allotted to you through the counseling then you can complete your whole admission process in the college. College Staffs are very helpful. I got too much support from them during the counseling process.

I choose CSE as my stream because I am very interested in Coding and Developing parts. Moreover, I choose this college because our college Computer Labs are modern, all systems are loaded with Linux Environment. So that you can get familiar with Linux along with Windows. Our Labs are designed by Google in Collaboration with TCS ION. Teachers in our department are mostly very helpful and knowledgeable. Our college conducts two internal Exams and one semester. Along with Lab Exams. But invigilation is very strict during the exams. To be frank your not going to get any help from the hall all you have to do is by yourself only.

From the 7th Semester, Students apply for Jobs. A lot of companies visit our college such as TCS, CTS, Persistent, Kriti Technologies, Accenture and many more companies, with an average package of 4 lacks and Highest Package of 9 lacks in the 2022 year is offered this now. More than 150% percent of students are placed i.e. students mostly received 2-3 offers. I am interested in Bag a good package from college and want to start my career in the industry.

Our college fee is moderate in comparison to other colleges. You have to pay an approx. of 95000 thousand every year. 42000(approx. ) in odd Semester 40000(approx.) + 10000 Training Fees in even Sems. During the counseling you have to apply for Tuition Fees Waiver(TFW) criteria, that you have to pay only the 10000 Training Fees per Year and the Exam Fees only. No other scholarships are provided. During Campus placements, the companies like TCS, CTS, Persistent, Accenture more than 100 companies visit our college.

Our college conducts an annual Fest Arcadia, but due to Covid, the Fest is temporarily stopped. All course-related books are available in the Library. The classrooms are very clean and well maintained. Mostly college conducts two types of sports Football and Basket Ball. There is a social student group called STUDENT CHAPTER that is maintained by the students along with this they conduct different Tech Fest, Quiz, Gamming Competition, etc.
