I got selected in this college through mh-cet, as this college only take admission through jee and mhcet, the eligibility for this was 80% aggerate in 12th board. Talking about the enquiry the number was provided on the internet and they also picked up the not like srm-Chennai. Words regarding reservations they do not have any reservation quota.
Course Curriculum Overview
About this course, I want to have BTech cs, as an advantage they also give specialization on various courses. They have divided student groups into divisions like each division have 60-80 according to their course, as there is very tough to get there in the college. Faculties are very experienced and they help us by calling meetings or by online method. Talking about the term exams here is tri-mester exam as we have 3 semesters in a year and every semester has two exams mid sem and end sem. In between, they have various assignments and practical reports.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like ibm, amdocs, nvidia, ieee pune section gives internship with varying stipend. Overall best place to get into companies and have the best fieldwork ideas. The college is well equipped with laboratories and centres established by mnc like Nvidia, federation University (Australia) as they do include academic and research partners.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to sit in placements after the 2nd sem of the 3rd year and many companies visit like Wipro, Amazon, reliance, Volkswagen and other various companies do visit the highest package last year were of 54.6 lpa. averages 11.2 lpa. 80-80% percent of students are placed every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of mit-wpu are 3.10lpa and fees of all other colleges for b.tech. In my case, I don't need any financial funds but they provide facilities to get loans and all. They do have scjol, arship criteria which get updated like every year and you need to pay for fees in 5 instalments.
Campus Life
Mit-wpu have aarohan, which is the biggest cultural fest of Pune and many more it's like some functions and programs are continuously going on the campus. They have a decided 3 floor dome shaped library which you can find all your stuff needed. The classroom is big and spacious equipped with a digit board and class recording.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very good in terms of sanitization or meals it like its good in every spec. Talking about availability first come first serve is the rule and fees is 1.5 lpa, but if you need to stay in pg or flat there are a lot of options
