Remarks

LPU University is the right college if you are looking for a college where you can improve your skills and discover new things. They always support new ideas and help apply our ideas. And the best thing about LPU is cleanliness, cleanliness. So in my opinion, there is nothing bad I can rely on. Sometimes you may feel like a bad management system but still, it is not that bad. All in all, it is good as I have learned things that will help me in my collaborative work. In fact, I got a college entrance through ACPC, which regulates the admission of professional degree candidates. It is a government committee that has developed a fair and transparent counselling program. It announces the eligibility list, based on what we can compare our eligibility for and get a college admission appropriately.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

As LPU University is a private university, the curriculum and exam structure differ from public colleges. In my opinion, the courses offered by our college are much better than in public colleges. They can provide the topic and syllabus needed and are very useful in our work. Forex - we can learn AI / ML, Python, C +, especially in our college as a course wherein some colleges these are not in their curriculum. Also, the test properties are slightly different. We have tests of 1, 2 of 40 marks, lasting 2-2.5 months every semester. Then we have a final 100-mark test every semester. After that, there is a functional test of 100 marks and finally, viva, performed by external intelligence. We get results by measuring all marks, presence, overall behaviour, manuals, tasks, and submissions. The skills of our college are very supportive and interactive. Teachers are enthusiastic and carry out student work. They are always ready to teach new things.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement of our college is very good. Our college is known for its inclusion only. Our college works with many famous international companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro etc. Offer good packages package between Computer science Engineering 5 lakhs per year and the highest package offered so far at our college 35 lakh. Big companies come to a computer science student students and our college placement percentage is 94 per cent. More than 794 plus companies visit our college to drive around the area. The placement of our college is top-notch and the package is also excellent. So we can imagine that if you need a good placement our college is really good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fundraising at LPU University is more likely to happen than at other colleges. For technical subjects such as engineering, we need to pay 80000 / - INR per semester and 15000 / -. Here 80000 / - is semester money. We also need to pay 15000 / examination fees for a private university. As I qualify for a government bursary, I do not apply for a University bursary. But there is a scholarship for undergraduate students at LPU College. There are times when you need to apply for a bursary. Generally SC / ST, OBC students can apply and receive scholarships. About 20k or half of the premium can be earned by applying for a bursary.

Campus Life

4

The campus is very green and clean and tidy. we eat very tasty food. The rooms are very clean and we all maintain good morals on campus, in the morning we will do yoga and meditation and NCC and NSS camps are available at our university. The annual celebration they run was called a youth vibe an annual youth celebration with more than 10 communities competing to win the hearts of the spectators. We have a very good and large library on our campus there were probably more than lakhs of books available in our library.

Hostel Facilities

4

As mentioned earlier these facilities are very good that they provide high speed wifi data and we have air conditioners in our room the bedsc looks good in the room at least 6 numbers there each of us is given one bed. . The food was very tasty and delicious I like to eat very hot. The quality of the product they use was very good. Every week we have 3 days of chicken every day they will provide more milk and egg and bananas as I gained weight after joining here. The hostels were different for boys and girls, the registration process was simple we could register the college admission block of the college.

Other Applied Colleges

Amity University | CSE

Placement is not good at Amity than LPU.

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
