The admission exam was pretty easy i choose the cse ai to get my future in the field the application form can be found on chitkara's official website and other details can also be easily be found on the official website

I take admitted to the BTech course at chikara university. I think there teaching. The method is very good all the teachers are very educated and kind to doubt them so I think its best college to take admission in BTech

Companies that come to chikara give internships also. Those companies provide good knowledge to the students. and give good internship. and chinkara average internship of year is 7.5lpa. This is so good. 90% of students are got placed. In this college

Placement Experience

Campus placements of chikara university are very good. From the 6th semester placements start here. Very good companies like Infosys,Wipro. Come here for placements. They have a very good ratio of student placements about 90%students got placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of chikara university are not too high. They provide scholarships also based on the performance of students In studies. campus jobs are also ok here and maximum students got placed in companies .so I think it is a good college to study.

Campus Life

Chitkara university library is very good. They have all kind of books to study from general knowledge to coding and the environment of the library is very silent. We have a portion also in chikara university.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities of chitkara university are very good . Rooms are neat and clean . We have one lift also. To go from one floor to another Rooms we have four sharing in which four study table are also there .Mess food are not so ok.

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
