Remarks

The admission is through only a single window of TNEA counseling. The application is opened after the Tamilnadu board exam. The application fee is an initial deposit of rs 5000. Which is reduced college fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course with my interest. I am is interested in core engineering. A brief about faculty and the student ratio is 1: 40. Qualification of the faculty is M tech and Ph.D., the teaching method is awesome. There are 3 continuous assessment tests and one final assessment test for each semester

Class Size: 33Course Fees: INR 83000 per year

The fee structure for this course is reasonable when compared to other engineering colleges. The fee structure per year for this course is 83000. There are n number of scholarships available in this college such as Central government scholarships, state government scholarships, and private scholarships., The campus jobs are average and good when compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

Campus Life at PSG is awesome, they provide enough freedom for students in academics as well as in dress code and socialism. There is a huge library on this campus called GRD memorial library, in this library, there are more books such as books related to academics, novels, journals, nontechnical books, etc. Classrooms are well equipped with smart projectors. Many clubs are available in this college students can express their talents in that clubs

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
