I wanted to study in this college and applied for management quota for this college with my 12th marks. The admission process was smooth and all the facultie sof the college were approacable. Total process was flexible and affordable.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because this provides me with oppurtunities from both my core side and software side. I wanted to take this course as a challenge and so far i am satisifed with my decision. Faculties are friendly, flexible and approchable. They clear your doubts without any patiality and make us clear with our concepts. All faculties are bilingual and take classes in both tamil and english and make classes interactive. Exams are easy if a student listens to all his classes, its not all about marks but also our knowledge about that subject. Scoring marks is not difficult as we gain more knoledge in our college.
Internships Opportunities
Internship oppurunities are availbale from 6th semester and all the intake process is smooth. Packages are good and equal oppurunity is provided for all students. proper guidelined and support was gicven before attending any internships.
Placement Experience
Placements are available in our college and is starts in 6th semster. There is a separate Placement cell working on this and is quite good at the job. Placement training is provided and many opputunities are presented by them with good salary package .
Fees and Financial Aid
All fees are moderate, they provide enough time for students to pay the fees and are considerate when it is not done on time. If we are unable to pay, we can avail more time by stating proper reason for the same with proof. Many internship oppurtunities are also available from companies like Bosch, Sama technologies etc with good package ofr internships. Our college provide Mahatma Gandhi scholorship for students who have excelled in academics for each year, this is based on our marks, performance and teachers review.
Campus Life
We have many clubs for both technical and non-technical events. Department association club for each department like DA EEE, DA CS, etc, Varnam for art, Agratha for music, Studio for photography, Garage for Auto and mechanical, iQube for software, scrabble for journalists, drama troupe, Nature club, Bikers club, sports, NCC, Qubate for general knowlege, Sahitya for Languages, Tamil mandram for tamil lovers, Books and Beyond for book lovers and so on. Our Mahatma Gandhi library is vast with many books for both students and faculties, also each department have their own set of important books for student reference. All students for juniors and seniors have a good relationship irrespective of many differences in age. Strictly no ragging is permitted or is there inside college premises.
Hostel Facilities
Each room in hostel is spacious and each person have a personal cupboard for storiung their things. Each floor has two common bathrooms which is cleaned regularly. Hygiene is a must and safety protoicols are follwed strictly in the hostel. There is a separate place for washing clothes and enough hangers for drying our clothes. Hostel food is pure veg which is good, hygiene and served hot. Warderns are friendly and approachable. In case of heath issues they assist you to college hospital or nearby hospital. Outings are allowed weekly and is only done with valid proof and parents validation.
