Course Curriculum Overview

Nowadays the standard of engineering studies is going worse at an extreme. This college provides a good opportunity to survive in the field of engineering.If the student is keen is his/her studies they can understand the concepts and can apply those in their projects. This college provides an industrial platform inside the college by establishing IT centres of other companies and gives work experiences for CSE, ECE, CIVIL, MECH students.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they extend their hands to provide internships too.They bring many industrial persons to enhance our future.Stipends are based on the company.

Based on your areas of interest, You will be trained.If you are aspiring for a Higher education they train you with the best GATE trainers and they also provide Japanese language because most of the companies requires students with Japanese fluency.

We organize some branded events such as Industrial Connect,Tech trend, Tech meet, Entrepreneurship awareness programs,so and so.The most popular event among these is Industrial connect.This event brings the industrialists to explain about what they looking for from the students community.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students who have got above 190 and 195 cutoff in their HSC examination can acquire a merit scholarships. Also they offer scholarships to the students who have scored above 9 CGPA in each semester.

Campus Life

This is a coeducation campus and there are many club activities in our college like music club, dance club, photography club, fine arts club, cleanliness club and so on. It is a ragging free campus.We also have robotics club to enhance the knowledge in this field.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel food is quite awesome and they provide with different menu. You can also have an access to amenity where you can get a chance to taste healthy and tasty foods. they provide a good quality food and fresh juices along with cakes, chat items and ice creams.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

We have an alumni network. They are in contact and along with the current students we are running an association called SESSWA to help the needy.

Exam Structure

Exams are conducted based on Anna university schedule. There are three internal tests every semester and apart from that institution also conducts small tests in between the internal tests. Some other tests are Clicker based tests, Xls tests and so on. Also they started NPTEL local chapter to help the students in acquiring world class knowledge by joining hands with IIT's. Also provides certificate by writing exams with scholarships. This helps us to improve knowledge and we can also able to interact with IIT professors.

Faculty

This college has Talented teachers who had completed their PhD. and some of them are doing their PhD degree.They always extend their hands for the betterment of students and help them to do their projects in various fields.Faculty also undergos training program every week.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

The college provides a friendly and supportive learning environment.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

Life in sri eshwar

I applied through TNEA process and i was not planning at first to join this college. I prefered Rajalakshmi institute of technology, Sri krishna engineering and so on. I filled the choice list on the basis of my preference with sri eshwar on top because i thought i cant opt for better one later. This course which i selected was my 6th choice , so i didnt opt for upward movement and immediately joined here. I prefered rajalakshmi because it is in chennai and the placements are comparitively good. Same for sri krishna. The admission process is simple, we need be selected either by TNEA or management catogery , submit our original documents and pay the fees including transport or hostel fees. THis college was been choosed on seeing the you tube channel . The person personally increased the weight of the college. My mom choose this by his influence. He said about the placements. Further many people joined in the basis of same my thought. As coimbatire is located near to my hometown , this is another reason. THis college is located at the end of coimbatore on reaching to pollachi. THis is literally one of the most disappointing. It hardly taks o long to reach. Nice college With good placements

In my POV I preferred studies and the placements which are quite good in this college comparing others. Also, the average salary is above the other college's average package.
