Remarks

Course Curriculum Overview

I was very interested in the field of computers, so that's why I chose this university for my degree in Computer Sciences. Here all the teachers are very well qualified and highly experienced and have an experience of more than 10 years. Here the semester exams are neither very tough nor very easy...The main focus here for CSE students is Programming.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships start in mid of 3rd year with an average stipend of 25000/- per month and many famous companies such as Infosys, Tech Mahindra, AWS, Amazon, and Microsoft come for hiring interns from university and maximum get the internships...

Placement Experience

Talking about the placements of CHitkara University, they are far far better than any other private university in Punjab.....It's naac A+ credited all across India. And this university is very much best known for its placements with a min package of 8 lac p.a and highest go upta 30,40 50, lac p.a depending on student's percentage and technical skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here the fees are not so high enough approx 3 lac p.a for B.E CSE course. Here internships start in mid of 3rd year and approx stipend goes up to 22000/- per month (maximum). Here you can enroll in a 2+2 program and go abroad too if you will be on scholarship that means overall

Campus Life

Talking about the campus life, it's just amazing and a big wow!! Here events and seminars occur where most celebrities come like Parmish Verma, Neha Kakkar, Varun Dhawan, etc, and many more. A lot of YouTubers also come here for the motivational talk with the students. University has a dedicated library. Many clubs are also there...

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Life at Panjab University

Placement Experience:

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Saga of my life

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
