Remarks

The college is absolutely amazing, with great exposure in every field. The college elections are extraordinary, no1 college in the field of archery under Delhi University, NCC football, and many more. Highly qualified faculty in respective courses and very friendly nature. Different societies like dance society drama society fashion society NSS and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview

Deshbandhu college gives you plenty of opportunities for different extracurricular activities. The faculty members in each course are very helpful, friendly in nature & highly qualified. The quality of knowledge they provide is very helpful and precious helps in not only college but also in competitive examinations. I did my graduation in SANSKRIT language because I want to learn our ancient language the course is really amazing got to know lots of stuff about Sanskrit, teachers are so helpful with assignments. Exams and internals are held every 6 months there is a total of 6 semester.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 9989 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like decathlon &Tommy Hilfiger provide internships for the post of sports leader with a stipend of 18000-25000 depending upon skills But to become eligible one has to get 60% marks in graduation but this task is not so hard because the faculty is really great.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of deshbandhu college provides a great opportunity for students The students must have 60% to be applicable to sit in placement Companies like tata, Hyundai , and Tommy Hilfiger visit for placements The highest package in our college was 950000 for art student As I was part of the prestigious NCC during my graduation currently i am preparing for defense examination.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is amazing as Delhi university is a big name but it is the most affordable University with big value. My course was Sanskrit Hons and I paid yearly around 10 thousand for 3 years which is 60 times cheaper than the private universities plus I got quality knowledge and infrastructure of Delhi university There are numerous opportunities in terms of placements. There is a placement cell in our college and conducts placements form various companies every year.

Campus Life

In the sports field, there are no other colleges at Delhi University that can beat deshbandhu college in archery. There are various teams like football, kabaddi, archery, athletics, taekwondo, weightlifting, badminton, etc Regular inter-college sports competitions are played Moreover, there are various societies like dance society drama society fashion society NSS, etc Du is known for its annual fest in which different star singers take part like Badshah, Shaan, Neha Kakkar , Guri , parmish Verma , Jass Manak, etc

Likes

My college was a girl's college. There are maximum 60students in a class. Prints were quite cheap in the college cafe.
There were many fest functions in my college. I also participated in the dance fest in my first year. We also used to go on picnics from college.
India's chief guest at the annual function was M Venkaiah Naidu.

Dislikes

College fees were very high for general category people.
The behavior of many teachers was quite rude and arrogant as if they were teaching us for free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.
