Viteee 2021 was held in online mode. there were many cases of cheating because of which the administration then didn't allow zooming in and showed the registration number as the watermark in multiple places. the cutoff went really high as the exam was held before jee and everyone wanted to secure a seat in a good private college. the exam server was v poor it had even crashed in one slot. all the details about the admission fees dates and forms were available on the official site. I am aware of students who are aware of nothing but still are in category 1 in CSE because they cheated and weren't caught, this really boils my blood because even after studying so hard I got category 2. the entrance is usually held offline mode but this was held in online mode and was nothing next to faithfully done.

I chose computer science because I am interested in computers and also because it has the best placement in the rest of the college courses. there are a lot of students in the college and I think there are more than three thousand college students other than me. the faculty members are mostly south Indians but they all know Hindi and the classes are mostly held in English ad which is considered a common language by the south and the north. each faculty is v qualified and at least had a PhD degree. most of them were taught from had foreign PhD degrees too. there are three major exams held in a semester, cat 1, and cat2. They's usually a month and a half gap between them and the offline papers are tough cat1 and cat2 are easy to lass but fat requires a lot of studies to pass. students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester onwards. the placement cell is v active and mostly 700 companies visit the campus every year and more than 4000 offers are made. even Amazon Microsoft and make my trip and many more MNCvisits the campus. the highest package offered last year was 78lpa by date, there were 2 offers and the average package for all branches is around 7-8lpa. for CSE it is said to be around 10-11 LPA. mostly all the students are placed and VIT guarantees a 100% placement. my plans after getting my bachelor's of technology degree are to do a job for 3-4 years and then complete my master's from abroad, I am targeting german colleges mostly as the study there is quite affordable too

the fees are a little high than when compared to government colleges because it is a private college. the fees depend on the rank you got in your Viteee, under 1500 rank there is a scholarship availability also. the fees of category 1 are 2lpa, category 2 is 3lpa, category 3 is 4lpa, category 4 is 4.5lpa, and category 5 is 4.8lpa. I am in category 2 and I am totalling total tuition fees of 12lakhs in my 4 years of study which is okayish because the fees of most nit also go up to 10lakhs.

The annual fest is reveira and it happens in the month of January. the tech fest is gravitas and it takes place in the month of October. the library is inside the campus and is HUGE, it is a 6-storey building and there are mostly all the books available in the library for all courses. There are smart boards and projectors in the classroom which make it easier for the faculty to teach and the classrooms are spread more horizontally than vertically and are in a C-shape which even allows the last benchers to have a good look on the board. there are all sports available on campus, cricket football table tennis lawn tennis basketball volleyball chess squash etc etc. there is even a freshers and seniors tournament every year in each sport

there will be a 62. 5foot wooden bed provided, a cupboard, a study table and a chair. if you've chosen an ac room you'll get a centralized ac unit or a window ac. there are 3 messes available, the veg mess, the nonveg mess and the special mess. they are priced differently with the veg mess being 56k, non-veg being 62k and special being 72k. the food quality is v good and the menu changes every 2 months, in the veg mess you might even get paneer 4 times a week. hostels are allotted on the basis of cgpa and are quite affordable for a private college. they're are available in 2 bed, 3 bed, 4 bed, 6 bed and 8-bed rooms. all the registrations and accommodation process is done in online mode and the links are sent by the team via email.
