Placement Training and Career development at CIT

Likes

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Placement Experience:

Chennai Institute of Technology is an instituition that truly prioritizes student career growth . The placement cell is exceptionallu well-organized ,consistently connecting students with reputed companies across various industries. What makes CIT stood out is the quality of its training staff. They focus heavily on communication , technical knowledge and competitive preparation ,align students with what top companies expect ,and contiuosly push us to improve and meet industry standards. Their structured training helped me to clearly identify my strengths and work on my weak areas, which made a huge difference during interviews and boosted my overall confidence. The department faculty are equally commnedable ,knowledgable ,approachable and genuinely invested in student career. Overall CIT is an excellent choice for anyone focused on building a strong and sucessful career

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. The admission process was so simple for both regular and lateral entry students. The must attain certain cutoff to get admission in CEG. The diploma students can join as lateral entries and they too need certain percentage to get admission. Every department has a specific cut off percentage to join in them. The students can join through counciling process. The counciling process will held separately for regular and lateral entry students. The college fees will be reduced uf the student is a first graduate or belongs to sc/st community. Scholarships will be provided for students based on their parents income or through academic performance. The students should score more percentage because then only they can get admission in the department they want to study....Read More

Enriching learning experience at CEG

The eligibility condition is a minimum cut-off in physics, chemistry, and mathematics in class 12 board exams. The candidate should have scored a minimum of 50 percent in those subjects if he belongs to the general category. The minimum percentage is 40 percent for the reserved categories. The cut-off marks for the previous years can be seen from the following link: cutoff.tneaonline.org. The application form can be found online on the official TNEA(Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission) website (tneaonline.org/home). The servers of the admission website lag when there is more than usual internet traffic. That infrastructure can be improved and worked upon. This would ensure a smoother admission process for the applicants. The college code for the College of Engineering Guindy is 0001. The application process includes counseling and document verification....Read More
