Remarks

The admission process is very easy at LPU. Eligibility of applying in BTech CSE is a minimum of 60% marks in 12th. The application form is simply available on LPU website and the fee is 1000. but u may get it for 500? only if apply the promo code. After that, you have to give the LPU-nest examination on which basis you will get a scholarship. There is no improvement at the time of writing this review since the admission process is very simple and easy. I hope it remains the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum of LPU is very good. I choose BTech CSE because I wanted to follow my passion and the faculty I got is very good. They are well qualified with years of experience and their style of teaching is very friendly and good. All of my 74 classmates are also very supportive and friendly as well and are always there to help. Talking about exams, it depends from person to person. For me, they are sometimes easy and sometimes hard to pass. The difficulty level is moderate.

Internships Opportunities

4

Many big companies like Amazon and Intel offer multiple internship opportunities to students with the highest package of 1.5 L per month. Multiple mass recruiters also come to the college. Those who have skills can get the opportunity in 1 St year also. I haven't made any project because I'm in 1st year that's why.

Placement Experience

3.5

Getting to the point placement is like decent .average of this college is about 7lpa.students are eligible to seat in placement after completion of 1st year of college. mostly TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Deloitte, and Accenture come and give an offer of approx 7 to 14 LPA. The highest was 64 LPA and the average was 6 to 7 LPA-like something.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees have to be paid semester-wise before the end-term examinations. Base fees for BTech CSE are around 1,20,000. which can be reduced by giving an LPU-nest examination by a great margin of 35%. All you have to do is either score 330+ marks in the LPU-nest or have 95%+ marks in 12 CBSE or 95+ percentile in JEE mains. Financial assistance is provided by the college in form of education loans. And LPU also provides part-time jobs in the college itself. Also, there are multiple Student clubs that also provide so many part-time job opportunities.

Campus Life

4

Our college conducts a fest on a weekly basis in the month there be around 2 to 5 fest that usually happens on different activities. We have a library of different branches and one main library of all content and books is always available because of the big library. In our college, there are more than 200 organizations running and different clubs of different categories. As you know LPU is famous for sports and extra co-curriculum so there is no chance of doubt.

Hostel Facilities

4

LPU HOSTELS provides security , discipline for students , cctv servillance ,stores, hair salon and many more inside the college.but all the hostels have different mess and the quality of food that they deliver is not so good sometimes it likes you don't want to eat in that mess. If it comes in registration first and then you have to pay 10 k for advance to avail hostel that is non refundable so please take care of that . locatity is not good near Lpu for rented from my point of view

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
