Remarks
The admission to the course is done based on the JKCET examination and the eligibility for admission to the course is class 12 with 50% minimum marks required in PCM. The application form can be filled out on the official website of the JKBOPEE and the application fee for the same is INR 1500. The application generally starts in the month of April.
Course Curriculum Overview
After I appeared in jkcet examination, I got into the college by merit. And my priority in choosing the college was that the college is in my own state. The faculty of this college is well educated and the minimum qualification of the faculty members on our campus is Mtech. The faculty-student ratio is about 20:1 on our campus. The method of teaching is also good on our campus. The term exams on campus are moderate and are easy-moderate to pass the exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of study on our campus is about 4 lakhs for 4 years and the fee is not much hiked by the authority over the last 4 years. There are also scholarships available on our campus including NSP, and some scholarships are available for girl students also. Candidates can also avail of the study loan in this college. There are no jobs available that can be availed on campus with a stipend.
Campus Life
Lots of extracurricular activities are celebrated on our campus. Candidates are also exposed to sports activities including cricket, badminton, etc. The other extracurricular activities include engineers day, etc. All the extracurricular and sports activities are coordinated by a social group named the Students Council of SSM college.
