Remarks

Studies and good experienced faculty are there. Everything is comfortable here. I don't like laundry facility as they bleach the clothes not wash them. This should be improvised otherwise everything is good.

Entrance Preview

I took Karnataka CET exam 2016. I opted this college as I'm living in small city of Mysore. Reva is best university that I have heard. Admission process was based through offline and it was very quickly as they've done everything.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like math and computer programming in the course curriculum. They provide good basic subjects but I want to add more practical training.

Placement Experience

Oracle, Aaron builder, TATA are some of the companies that visited the campus for the recruitment. The average package is Rs,. 5 lac per annum.

College Events

Revamp 2K17, Street dancing competition are some of the events that are celebrated in the campus. Interesting fest arrangements are there with good facility of food & beverages.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees is Rs. 35000 per year. Hostel fees :- 103000 for 3 seating, 90000 for 4 seating. the fees is affordable comparatively to other university in Bangalore.

I have o idea about scholarship but students got a chance through Karnataka govt. e-pass.

Campus Life

Good life is here. Proper hygiene and cleanliness and eco-friendly area is maintained in Reva. 60:40 ratio for boys and girls respectively. Diversity is world wide as students came from other countries too. good environment is maintained there.

Hostel Facilities

Good facilities in hostel. proper hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Laundry and parking facility is present here for hostel and staff students. 3 mess are facilitate for boys, 1 is North Indian and 2 are South Indian. 1 mess is for girls.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

They do help in the projects and all. They share good bonding and togetherness. Ragging free campus.

Exam Structure

2 terminals conducted for 30 marks each which is cut down to 15 marks. Assignments consists of 20 marks and 60 marks of final examination.

Faculty

College provide good faculty with great experience. Mr. Manju Nath sir is my favorite faculty.

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

A good college for completing engineering

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose this course it comes in my way though I applied for cs ec I didn't get that course as my cet ranking is high Student-faculty ratio 70:5. All faculty are well versed either they pass from IIT or nit or gold medalists in their respective colleges. To pass all know how is vtu same as other colleges which fall under vtu.
