Remarks
The admission was based on jee mains marks if you get above 90 percentile in jee mains you are comfortable to get the computer science branch. You can take admission with mhcet marks also there is a reservation for Maharashtra students. Almost 50 to 60 percent of seats are filled by Maharashtra students. There are reservation benefits that come into that range. There is direct admission also but you have to visit campus and no one will tell you this process on call.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because in today's market conditions computers have a very great future. I think the university has a good ratio of facility student ratio in every branch. The qualification of all the faculty is good but their teaching style I don't like they used to open ppt and start teaching. Everything was on time I can give a 10/10 in this management was good enough to handle all this. Passing the exam was not that difficult if you are sincere in class then I guarantee you will pass questions that are repeated from the previous year if not a pattern of questions is 100% the same.
Internships Opportunities
I was offered the role of blockchain intern at cert once the company and the stipend offered was 10k this company is one of a startup whose main branch is in the USA it works in the blockchain. My work was to create a smart contract using solidity programming language and I have worked on some frontend projects also.
Placement Experience
In our college, there is a trimester from trimester 10 students are eligible for placement, and for trimester 7 they are eligible for internship. in my time various companies have visited for placement ex amazon, party, IBM, zs Associates, etc. The highest package offered by amazon was 44 LPA he was my classmate and one of my close friends and the placement for cs was 8 LPA and I am not sure about other branches but I can say except for cs, etc else branch placement was almost null. almost every student was placed who opted for placement for the cs branch. I am working as a software developer and will continue in this field only.
Fees and Financial Aid
At my time they took 285000 per annum I think it was quite high as compared to faculty, campus, etc. one thinks they have provided one national study tour in my case it was Ahmedabad they took all the expenses for 7 days. in the fourth year, there was one foreign tour to Dubai which was also for 8 days. The scholarship was given to financially weak students but the condition is that you have to be very good in academics. I got an 8 LPA job and I also got paid internship from the college side.
Campus Life
Aarohan was the name of the fest it took place in December for almost 4 to 5 days there are various events. There are plenty of books in the library I am not sure about journals. The classroom has a digital board and the classroom has a speaker installed in it. There are various clubs in every branch or every extreme in my case script was one which organizes coding competitions in college.
