Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in programming and computer languages. So I joined this. 6 permanent faculties and 60 students in each batch. All faculties are Ph.D. holders teaching method is the whiteboard, projector, and computer lab. Term exam is easy.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience

From the fifth semester, students are eligible for placement. TCS, Reliance, Lalchnd, axis bank, Infosys, etc. companies are coming to the campus and 30-40 offers are offered. 80 percent of students got placed. I aim to become a data engineer.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 40000 per year for 1st three years and Rs. 50000 per year for the next two years. The scholarship is provided by the Odisha government on the website of the state scholarship portal. St/st/obc mbc welfare scholarship.

Campus Life

The annual fest is evolve and it is conducted in January of every year. The library is there in the department and books are issued there. Annual sports are also conducted like cricket, volleyball and badminton, and tech fests.

Hostel Facilities

Two beds in each room and the room size are moderately big. The meal quality is good. Everyday nonveg is provided except Monday and Thursday. Hostel admission is done on a merit and distance basis. It is affordable that is 6000 for one year.

Admission

Eligibility is entrance and 60 percent in the twelfth. Application form and data is provided on the official website and payment should be made there. Reservation for SC, ST. Improvement in placement should be there.

The best and detailed review

Placement Experience:

As Rourkela is a tier 3 city the placement opportunities are no as much as the tier 1 cities but the college still provides placements oppertunities with a decent amount of starting package of 4LPA.The college brings alot of companies for job and intership through it's long and good establishment in the city. The students becomes eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards as they have enough projects. Infosys, Capgemini,Dalmia,etc companies visited and highest package was 4.5 Lpa and average was 4lpa with 2 lpa as the lowest. Getting a MCA degree afterwards is most preferable for getting a better job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I choose because of I want to be a software developer and I like the course. The curriculum prepare me for real world application. The software and IT industry are the improvement lines of doing this course.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semesters students are eligible for placements. No such give company came to college, only a few companies which provide only 2lakhs per annum packages. Only a few get placements. My plan is to pursue higher study after.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, you got eligible for placements. There are a lot of companies visited reliance is one of them. They recruit well-knowledged and smart students. There is an average salary of Rs. 3.5lacs is offered according to your course. An average of 50% of students gets placements. I want to become a software engineer after getting the degree.

Remarks:

I am doing my distant BCA from Sambalpur University with my going job. The university experience is quite fun and hardworking, as the course wasn't much easy and I had to work hard to clear examinations. The good support of teachers also helps me keep going.
