Course Curriculum Overview
The computer Science course is in one of the most demanded and versatile courses available in the university. This course appeals to my area of interest and job scope. The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:70 depending upon the branch. All the faculty are Ph.D. and teach with years of experience and in a way that is easy and comprehensible for students. The Mid sem and End-Sem exams have a gap of 1-1.5 months. The semester feels short and so do the holidays.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee keeps on increasing every year. The student loan is easy to credit as it's a very reputable college. The scholarship is provided for EWS and PWD candidates. Intern companies look for female and PwD candidates specifically.
Campus Life
The two main cultural fests of NSUT are Moksha and Resonance which are held in summer and winter respectively. The library has a plethora of books on all subjects. However, issuing books is cumbersome. The library guard does not allow one to enter with their own books. The APJ lecture halls have smart boards, AC, good lighting, and foldable seats. There are also separate charging sockets available at each seat.
Admission
The admission for B.Tech is applicable for JEE Mains candidates securing sufficient percentile. There are 5-7 seat allotment rounds conducted by JAC which controls allotment for Delhi's technical Universities like NSUT, DTU, IIITD, IPU, DSEU, etc.
