Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Btech in CS - AI for 4 years. As I am a lateral student from my diploma so I have come directly in 2nd year. The faculty is good and knowledgeable in all departments. The teaching method is good. Semester exams are conducted every 6 months.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 89000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internships in wipro, Infosys, Cipla, L&Tetc companies. College sometimes may provide internships. Otherwise off-campus internship is available. Internships are for 1 semester or 1 year.

Placement Experience

Mostly 7-8 semester students are eligible for placements. The placements of IET are too good. As many companies came recently like Flipkart, Amazon, Honda, Wipro, TCS, etc. Students have cleared 49 lakh packages recently. 60-80% of students get the placements if they give their best.

Fees and Financial Aid

Btech cs - ai, 89000 - tuition fees, The scholarship is also provided for upto 52000. Every year Placements are also good nearly 6 lahks on average. On campus, many recruiters company comes for placement every year with a good salary package.

Campus Life

Campus life is too amazing. Sports and study are equally done with full spirit. Fest is also performed from time to time. The library is also available all books are available there. The classrooms are also too good. Sports are also held as the new sports complex is ready. Clubs are also there for singing, sports, coding, dancing, etc.

Admission

I have taken admission through CUET 2022. I completed my diploma in 2022 and as a lateral entry, I have taken admission to get college. I got the Application form online and fill it and the fee is 600 rupees. And secured 57 ranks. I have got the benefit of the OBC quota. On the given date we reached for admission and complete the admission process easily with documentation.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

I choose this college as it is autonomous and government funded institute. This college holds first position in terms of ranking in all aktu colleges in UP. Admission is based on your jee mains rank and admission is taken by aktu counselling method. Cut off ranking for general and Obc candidate for cs, cs ai , cs sf is 40000.
