Course Curriculum Overview

3

I took Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) as it provides a holistic view of management. It can also be considered as Junior MBA as many subjects are similar in BMS & MBA. Faculty to student ratio is 1:60. The faculty is nice and uses PPT for better understanding. Term exams take place according to the cycle of DU examinations.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

One of the top internship recruiters is McKinsey offering a stipend of 75K/month followed by DeShaw, FTI, Havells, etc. The major job/internship roles offered are Data Analyst, Research Intern, Financial Analyst, etc.

Placement Experience

5

Placements are one the elements which overtake any other college in DU. The average packages offered are above 10 LPA and the highest goes up to 25+ LPA. The return on investment is really good. The hiring companies include Bain, BCG, KPMG, etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees in the 1st year were around 14k and it decreases in further years. 2nd year- 11k 3rd year- 10k SSCBS provides the very same scholarships as any other du college would provide. Internship season hits in the month of December-March when paid internships are provided.

Campus Life

0.5

The campus life isn't great and lacks the so-called DU element in it. Crescendo is the annual fest but it last took place in 2020. Classrooms are very comfortable with ACs. Extracurricular activites are missing.

Hostel Facilities

2

The hostel facility is very okayish. The food is not good. But it does come with many pros and cons. The hostel is inside the campus itself hence it becomes easy to attend the classes every day but the food and other things take over everything.

Admission

The Course's eligibility was through DUJAT when I took admission in 2021 but now the criteria have changed and it admits children via cucet. It has various reservation quotas including the DU Ward quota.

The faculty members are qualified and have a good teaching style. All of them makes their own power-point presentations to teach topic. Areas of improvement - please give a little freedom to the college students. They have very strict timings and they conduct Parent -teacher interaction ( PTI) ?? after every semester.
