Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum in Chitkara is Best as it's friendly for beginners who are stepping towards Coding. The student-teacher ratio is 70:1 which is good. All staff members have Ph.D. holders with expertise in their domains. Every month there should be an exam which is easy-medium for students to Crack with good Scores.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are there in college. Students get interns with a stipend of 50-200 K monthly. They help you in making your project into a Startup also. There is great Startup Culture. Chai Chaska Bar, Chai Nagri, Anatomy is the best Startup holding 5+ crores revenue annually.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year, Students get eligible for Campus placement. Almost all students are placed with an Average package of 7.5 lakhs per year. The highest package is 1.15 crore on Amazon. Almost all companies visited here for recruiting.

Fees and Financial Aid

There Return over-invested is Good as the fees are less as compared to other Privates Universities. There is no scholarship for students. Every Student gets internship opportunities in the third year but some get an intern in the second year also with a 75+K monthly stipend.

Campus Life

Campus life is Awesome as every month there is Dj Nig Developer Student Club] of Chitkara University is the Uht Party and Punjabi Actors usually come here for their Movies Promotion. Rangreez is the Annual Cultural Fest at Chitkara University. Many Clubs and communities are there. In India, GDDC [Googlender 20 best clubs in India and the 75 best clubs in the World to Google.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel life is also Awesome. You can get 1,2,3,4 seater rooms of your choice. Meal quality is good and hygienic. Hostels are cleaned and well maintained. Chitkara University is over the NH7 highway you can get rented a Room in a flat or Pg. Chandigarh is just 30 km from it.

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

There are no eligibility criteria to get admission to Chitkara University. You can find their application form on their official website or even you can search for offline forms accepting shops from their website. Compared to other universities there are fewer seats. There are no Reservation criteria at University. If you don't get enough rank in Jee Main then Chitkara University will be the best option for you. The admission process is smooth.

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Life at Panjab University

Placement Experience:

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

BEST you can get in low JEE ranks. GREAT ROI.

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
