Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen computer science engineering because I am interested on coding Coming to the faculties they have given us the best faculties who had done the PhD in IIT colleges The students come from all over the world

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 195000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies that come to our college and offer internships, some of them giants while others are startups. There may offer to abroad for the internships which students can avail

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, the student is eligible for the placements they will give placement training for the students who have to crack the placement in a cool way 800+ companies visit the campus and the students apply and are placed in the top MNC companies 70 per cent is the minimum percentage for the required criteria for the placement and it is based on the company

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is of 4 categories 1st category is 195000 2nd category is 300000 3rd category is 4500000 4th category is 500000 I have applied for an FFE scholarship they had given 40000 per year We have to pay the fee at a time once per year they won't be any hike in college fee

Campus Life

We have the international fest called VITOPIA every year, the life at the campus will be awesome The books and journals in the library are too good for the students and the faculties too We have large spacious grounds and game course too they will be conduct tournaments They are many clubs and chapters every student must involve in the clubs

Admission

I have applied for the entrance exam VITEEE and the cutoff for the CSE is 2000 for the OC category under the fee structure 195000, no need for any improvements in the examination it is an all india entrance exam

Interview Experience

There is an entrance examination called VITEEE which is based on jee mains syllabus and the whole inter syllabus, the same exam will be conducted offline we have to apply it on the official website They will provide counseling after the examination

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
