- I liked the huge campus and environment of our university. It is very eco-friendly and so beautiful that I wish I could live there forever
- I liked the mess facilities of our campus. You can get one time lunch at the rate of only 50 rupees and there is no any restriction on quantity of food. You can eat as much as you want.
Dislikes
- Sometimes I didn't like the wifi facility of campus. Because it is not always very fine. Sometimes it takes too much time to connect to phone..
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Economics honors because it provides a nice opportunity of placement even in the arts faculty. Our faculties are very cooperative and disciplined faculty. There is a 1:25 ratio of faculties and students. Faculties are highly educated and they are easily understandable. The teaching method of the faculties is so that every student can relate to them easily. Term examinations are always held on time. We have not seen even a slight delay in our exams till now. Term exams are not so difficult to pass but not that easy. If you are taking classes regularly in the university then you can pass the exam comfortably.
Internships Opportunities
There are some internship programs but due to a lack of interest in those things I never got to know much about them. My friends are doing some type of internship program. they say that they are being offered by some companies but I don't know much about them.
Placement Experience
There is a very good opportunity for campus placement for vocational courses but in BA. There is only one subject in which you can get campus placement and that is economics. If you are a student of economics at BHU then you can get campus placement. After completing graduation you are eligible for campus placement but the reality is that only after completing post graduation you will get selected by companies. The record of the Highest package in economics is 12 lakhs and the average package is 6 lakhs per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a very nominal fee structure for our university. We have to pay only about 1000 rupees every semester for study. We don't need to go anywhere for the books we needed because all books are available in our central library. There is also a nominal fee for mess which include only 50 rupees per plate dinner. And we are satisfied with the food we get. There are some scholarships and financial assistance but I never got an opportunity for that so I can't explain more about that.
Campus Life
There are many annual fests are conducted like - spandan, abhikalpan etc. In the central library of our university, you can get almost every book and journal. There are many extracurricular activities that are held on campus like cricket, cultural programs, quizzes, singing competition, kavi sammelan etc. There are many groups that are run by students like Prometheans, BHU rankers etc.
Admission
In 2020 I applied for the BHU entrance examination which doesn't exist now. CUET has taken its place now. Then a common entrance examination was held for B.Art and B.A. in social sciences. In that paper total of 120 questions were compulsory which contained 60 general awareness questions 30 quantitative aptitudes and reasoning ability and 30 questions from either language Hindi or English. 3 marks were given for each right answer and 1/3 marks were reduced for each wrong answer. 190 out of 360 was the cut-off for the general category. After the declaration of results counseling is held in the university and in the counseling every student gets their subject according to their rank and category.

This University doesn't complete it's session in time. This University usually takes 4 to 5 years to complete the 3 year bachelor degree courses.
