Likes

Campus life is good it's beautiful campus and also large.
Faculties are quite good in help and academics if you follow them.
Placement are decent if you work hard you can grab some good stuff.

Dislikes

Crowd is the most critical factor here as there are around 7000+ students on campus it's very competitive stage.
Strict rules for students however parents would like this but for students it can feel like less freedom
Infrastructure is not complete in some campuses they are still in construction

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for this course as i found this college good in terms of ROI in cat 1 and also its a brand value college. Faculties are good if you follow their instructions they would be nice to you. Student ratio is good around 1:4 Every faculty is doctorate here And teaching method is good as one of there campus follow Caltech method of teaching Generally they have two process one cat1 cat2 exams and term end and second mid terms and term end. Depends on semester.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Various companies offer internship here like eBay Amazon, D Shaw, tata motors, Bosch , PayPal, Hitachi and etc. Generally you can get stipend between 5 to 20k monthly depending upon you. internship can be off 1 to 6 months . You could add this on you resume for better job profile.

Placement Experience

From end of 3rd year or I can say 6th semester students are eligible for on campus placements. Approx 900+ companies visit vit for placement which includes Microsoft, IBM , tata, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan ,Amazon, PayPal etc.. Highest package is of 1 cr+ got in 2022 and average package is around 7-8 LPA . Around 85-90 percent students get their placements. My plan is to take a job in a MNC from placements or I can seek for MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is quite ok but fines and other stuffs make it quite expensive. Cost to study is ok . I didn't got any scholarship on campus but if your rank in viteee is under 1000 you will get 25 percentage fees waiver.

Campus Life

Here there is GraVITas and Riviera(sports) annual fest of vit which Is very exciting as every domain is being touched and they also conduct different events whole year. GraVITas is organised every year in month of sep to oct(generally)

Admission

Eligibility for the course is just passing board exams with more than 75 percentage and clearing viteee examination and then your rank will decide your campus and branch. Application form can be find on viteee official website and it's fees is 1250 INR. As such there Is no reservation system here they follow category system from 1 to 5. Transparency of examination process can be improved as it's not much clear.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
