No bad remarks as I don't find any shortcomings in college. Due to comparatively fewer businesses in Kolkata as compared to other metros outside exposure such as internships are difficult to select. The very good atmosphere for studies. Devoted teachers. Strong focus on discipline. An environment encouraging students to interact and work for common betterment.

No exam is required to be given. Admission on basis of biard marks and interview. I opted for this college because of its ranking as one of the best college in the country and also because it is feasible to complete ca course along with studying in this college.

The course structure is very good for students preparing for ca, cs cfa or mba. Overall it promotes complete knowledge of field of commerce and slso for other related courses. Regular CIAs ,seminars and evaluations promote continued learning and better interaction with faculty. Also there are various clubs offering specialisation in different fields and overall developement of students. It also promotes research in different fields of business studies.

No , College does not provide internship but we are required during the last semester to do internship. Many companies offer internship in college. Stipend varies.

We have a very good placement cell. Lots of good companies come for placement and many students are selected with good packages. Packages vary from compsny to company. Companies like capital first, state bank of india, earnst & young, price waterhouse coopers and many other come for placement.

We have annual cultural fest Xavitsav which is one if the besy cultural fest in the city. Student association takes great interest in having great filmstara or singers or other reputed personalities in the fest. Also we have other events like business quiz, debate fest and social evenys like blood dobaton camps, events for the less fortunate and poor children. Tjese events pronote overall developenebt if students in all fields both in studies and also in other fields.

The fee structure is very feasible compated to other colleges with quaterly fees of around Rs. 4,000. The fee structure is very affordable and no extra fees or other monetary burden are placed on students unlike other colleges. Also there are various scholarship programes by outside institutions for students.

College does not offer scholarship facility. Although there are many outside institutions which offer scholarship to students in our college.

Our morning batch was a boys only bach. Ofcourse there are other coed batches also. Due to strict discipline rules in college student parties are steictly regulated. There is great diversity in students as students from different parts of india come here for studues. We even had a student from south korea in our class.

Our college has a new hostel. Although i did not stay there I have heard rewiews of strict but cooperative rector sir. overall all other facilities are there. Also the fee structure is very less in hostel which makes ot affodable for students. Food offerred is very good. Although vegetarian studdnts mjght face problems in food.

We have a good alumini assiciation which regularly organises alumini meet and also takes interest in matters concerning current students. Many reputed persons have passed through our college which is a very strong pillar of our alumini association.

There are regular exams. Every week we have seninars, continuous internal asseessment and our semester exams are held half years. Besides this we have to secute credit hours by participating in college events. Sometimes it appears to be hectic but due to college timings we dont face much problems and are even able to pursue othet courses like chartered accountancy, cfa, prepare for mba. Also we need to submit projects after every seminar. Inspite of creating littke byrden it promotes a cobtibous learning environment and greatly beneficial during semesyer exams as we dobt have to do overnight studies due to being prepared before hand by these continous tests.

Online admission form needs to be filled. After cutoff is announced we need to go for interview on given date. In interview no technical questions are asked. Vice Principal sir and dean sir just interact with student knowing his background and whether he will be able to cope up with studies and new environment as most of the students cone from small cities. After interview admission is given on same day and form needs to be filled that very day in the college itself.

Very devoted faculty. Teachers are always availaible for students. It is very hard to find such kind of devotion from teachers towards developement of students. We have reputed faculty havibg long teaching experience. They are also writers of books famous for its explanatory and student friendly nature among commerce students.
