Our college has created a brand for itself. It has the best Infrastructure providing air conditioned classrooms with comfortable benches and projectors, Wi-Fi enabled campus, air-conditioned library. When you are in the best College of the country, the least you can expect is the mind blowing faculty and jamia lives up to it. As our college is extremely famous all over the country, it attracts students from all over the country

Entrance Preview

I have given a separate examination for this course. the score is not displayed. I opt this university because it is central and good academic professors and placements also.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The revised course curriculum is being designed to meet the AICTE and UGC norms on one hand and covering syllabi of competitive exams conducted by UPSC, NTPC, Power Grid, BHEL and GATE. The bulk courses are offered in core discipline of electrical engineering along with electives in emerging areas to specialize in chosen discipline. In addition, due weightage has been given to foundation courses in basic sciences, humanities and engineering. The main motive of curriculum development has been to imbibe a sense of confidence amongst the students in the area of electrical engineering

Internships Opportunities

Yes my college provides internships. There is an internship fair every year in which lots of students get placed for 2-3 months internship programs with other companies.

Placement Experience

2.5

The highest package offered was 705 LPA. Around 50% students got placed who sat for placements. The average package was 3.5 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Companies like, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Bain, Citibank, Yes Bank and Indus Insights visited for placements. Roles varied from consulting, IB, management consulting and audit among others. 1% got the internship here and 10 thousand was the stipend per month.

3

There are lots of events organised every year. National Seminar on The Idea of Peace, Humanism and Tolerance in Islam organised by India-Arab Culture Centre. Author Workshop on Scholarly Writing & Intellectual Ethics. Miraaz and AAlen the cultural fest of Economics and Management department.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of Jamia is feasible. It is very low that can be afforded by every student. The fee structure in Jamia Millia Islamia is very reasonable as compared to other universities. Here the cost of an average Hons course is around 6000 rs which is pretty great.

Fees and Financial Aid

yes, it is awarded for financially backward and meritorious students. There is no loan facility available here.

Campus Life

3

It is a well renowned college with a wide range of exposure and field work. Everyone gets an opportunity to work as a team in a society. At the same time, we have to face difficulties to survive in the crowd. There are nearly 45 societies in the college. They help the students in getting confidence as they get the opportunity to speak with different people for sponsoring, marketing, collecting ideas and much more. The College conducts elections to maintain good relations between the College and the University

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel facilities are superb. you can get all the facilities at minimal cost and good environment here. Mess is cheap and good food is available there. Hostel rooms are not available to all the students but rooms are not bad. There's a sports complex in which all students will play.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is big as it was established in 1936 so wide alumni network. all the alumni are helpful.

Exam Structure

The exams are conducted in December and May for the semesters but in between the semesters there are internal exams which act as class test. All in all the semesters are balanced in a way that it does not overburden the students. Some faculties have annual mode of examinations like college of dentistry and mass communication etc.
