What Students Say

Likes

College Fests are awesome, so many actor actress comes to galgotia.
College infrastructure are too good, you will get gym, swimming pool and etc.
Environment is very friendly, night view is superb.

Dislikes

Teaching quality is not that good, they will teach you just basics.
placements are not that much good, mostly company are mass recruiters.
Attendance criteria makes little bit difficult to us.

I choose B.Tech(CSE) because of having coding interests. The student ratio is 70-80 in every class. Teachers are mostly MTech qualified from universities, they don't have that much knowledge, and their teaching was ok but was not satisfying. Exams were not very difficult, you can pass by studying faculty's notes.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 159000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As per senior I heard you will get 10-15k during the internship program of any company, the duration might be 3-6 months which varies according to companies wise. After completion of the internship, you will get either an offer letter or LOI.

Placement Experience

From 6 th semester you get eligible for campus recruitment, so many companies visit took in mass recruitment. (like Wipro, cognizant, and Capgemini). But you get the average package is 4 LPA. Around 80-90% of students get placed, only the thing is they will get avg or below avg package.

Fees and Financial Aid

They pressurize every student to give college fees at starting of the semester. They ask you to pay fees once of year, they are not ready to take semester-wise fees. There is no scholarship provided, You have to pay your whole fees.

Campus Life

There are so many fests that happened usually, you will enjoy loy your college life, recently one of the Bollywood actresses came. You will find a good library here easily, classrooms are in good maintenance. Get opportunities too in sports.

Hostel Facilities

I did not get a hostel from college, but yeah there are so many hostels there where you can live, and they will provide you with all the necessary facilities you require. Also, you can opt for the bus for going to college.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

You just need 60 % in your 12th class. No need for any entrance exam here, just you need to be the 12th pass and if you have given JEE then it's good, you just need to fill up their registration fees and after that, they will call you for the admission fee which is 20k. And now you are good to go.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Likes

Lab infrastructure and availability and practical approach
Hygience managed in every block and department
Availability of faculty and easy to approach and contact

Dislikes

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches
I like the events they keep on launching in college
I like the placement ratio in college and their seriousness to get everyone placed

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges
The environment of college is not too good it's okay okay
The infrastructure is not well maintained

The curriculum designed is new latest like we study subjects such as emerging technology digital electronics computer science c , english for job the teacher teaches us using projector visualisation the first mid sem happens after 1 month or opening of college difficulty level is very easy

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty members with helpful mentoring
Friendly campus environment and good participation in events.
Decent infrastructure with labs, library, facilities and classroom.

Dislikes

More industry workshop and seminars can be held to increase exposure.
Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

i like the environment of the collage , it is the good place for student to to achieve something they want.
the facality of my collage are very good in nature

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.

i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

i chose this course beacause my ame is to become a dada scientist andit was the best paltformfor me to become data scientist through this cource. i does't thing it require it require any improvement in this cource because it ceated by best brains in india.it require loot of time to complete this cource.

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. Great learning environment with modern facilities and campus life

I chose this college because of its good infrastructure, facilities and learning environment. Compared to other colleges, I found better campus facilities, labs and opportunities here.
