Remarks

The college is really nice but a little expensive for the fees.

Entrance Preview

I wrote the Examination UPESEAT. I came to Know About the college by my Relatives and land up in this college. No there was no Interview Procedure For Btech. I was Passionate about engineering so I chose it.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The specialization courses appears to be very selective for the time being but the extent of new branches like nano technology, atomic and so on in india is still debated and arrangement following 4 years can't be anticipated at this phase as given that a large portion of these branches are new (the main batch will graduate this year or upcoming year with the exception of old branches). The college is in its extension stage at the present time and the opportunities for different branches are additionally increasing alongside time (things might be very bravo following 4 years) but at show the Petroleum division is obviously the best one since college has decent notoriety and contacts in this part.

Internships Opportunities

Ya It definitely Provide internships to various reputed companies. I don't have any experience of internship so don't know much about the pay and all.

Placement Experience

3.5

Very nearly 90% understudies in CS have been put in rumored industries. Organizations, for example, IBM, Dell, Amazon, TCS, Microsoft, Accenture and numerous more wanted positions. The normal bundle was near 4L which is an awesome increase when contrasted with earlier years. A great deal of understudies even got PPOs (pre-position offers).

Fee Structure And Facilities

The free Structure is a little bit high as the Tuition fees for 1 year is around 3 lakhs and Hostels are available at a rate of 1.5 lakhs on a Yearly Basis.

Faculty

All employees are moved on from IITs, NITs and IIITs. There is dependably a teacher that is there to tune in to your issues. I have stood up to instructors who goad you minus every single potential impediment and help you in your endeavors however there will be some who will similarly ask for that you mug up the things or else you will miss the mark.

A Well-Rounded B.Tech Journey with Good Infrastructure, Supportive Faculty, and Growing Career Opportunities

Likes

Faculty members are generally qualified and approachable, and students can seek help with academics and projects.
students should supplement the university curriculum with industry certifications, coding practice, internships, GitHub projects and real-world development work.
There are cultural events, technical activities, clubs, sports and other extracurricular activities. Hostel students can participate fairly actively in campus events.

Dislikes

The main improvement I'd look for would be more advanced, industry-standard laboratory equipment and greater practical exposure.
I couldn't find a reliable current official university figure for the overall girls-to-boys ratio.
The ratio can also differ substantially between CSE, other engineering branches and the university as a whole.

Placement Experience:

Haridwar University provides regular campus-placement opportunities across IT, core engineering and other sectors. The university reports strong overall placement activity, but programme-wise salary and placement data are limited publicly, so students should ask for CSE-specific statistics before admission.

I like the college curriculum and study materials and teaching style of the teachers . Some teachers are impressive and their teaching style is too good .
Campus life is not much engaging but we usually spent our time in studying only . Also for attendance there is not much more criteria but some teachers are very strict in taking the attendance.
Faculties are full of experience and knowledge. They are approachable online and offline too but after the class.

Dislikes

I don't like the placement system in my college because the students studying in 2nd year do not get any exposure of placement . There is placement cell in our college but not very active .
Infrastructure is good but it should be spread in a more big acres . My wish was to get into IIT Kharagpur that's why I am asking for big campus .
Overall curriculum and research based approach of the campus is good. They just give projects to the seniors and seniors work is to dictate us about the project and helps us in building different types of project.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aspects that motivates me to choose this college is the GFTI'S colleges . Because my father suggest me that govt. Colleges seeks more companies that's why I choose this college . But truth is totally opposite from the reality. Real world application based projects is just given by the teachers in every semester but we students copy it and give it to them from the gpt. College timing should be more less we have to study from 10 am to 5 p.m. Timings of exams are of 3 hrs only in semester . Difficulty level is moderate.

Graduation- Best time of life.

Likes

The campus of the university is beyond beautiful and homely. Participation in college and university societies paves way for an all rounder development of the students. Facilities like CCF internet facility) is quite commendable.
Good Placements offered also encourage better future prospects. The library of the university is next level. Kisan mela held two times a year feels like another celebration for the university people.
Events held in the university with amazing artists offer exposure as well as a unique way to keep the entertainment alive amongst the youth.e

Dislikes

The hostel rules were rigid especially the entry timings of the girls hostel. The rigidity to take leave by getting it signed by various officials first had been an issue. Although, this was when i was graduating, things might have changed by now.
The stringent hostel rules were quite difficult to cope with. The strict checking at the university gates though might seem good as per the security but seem harsh sometimes.
Teaching methods could be made more progressive and technical with time paving way for more practical knowledge. Infrastructure could also be given a push.

Placement Experience:

In final year of btech companies start coming. Maximum students of CSE and IT get placed. Package is min. 3.2Lacs CTC. Both mass recruiters and startups take part in the placement drive. A good number of students get placed. But maximum students of our college opt for higher studies like appearing for GATE, GRE, CAT exams. Further students indulge in preparation for govt services like UPSC, Defence.
