Likes

The things which i liked in the college campus is its full of gardens and green area.
you can choose whatever course you like and you've got many options.
Faculties here are pretty good except some.

Dislikes

Some faculties are pretty bad here , especially the proctors.
Its very strict when it comes to discipline.
High fee structure . yeah its affordable but its still overpriced.

Course Curriculum Overview

I didn't really choose the course based on my wish, but just got this as per my rank and seat availability. more than ninety percent of the faculties here are Ph.D. holders and coming to exams is pretty hard.

Internships Opportunities

As far as I know, there is an internship of 1 month during your 3rd year and an internship of 6 months during your fourth year. Many get the internships offered by the college but many prefer going and reaching the company on their own.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placement from 3rd year onwards. You got every MNC company during the placements and one guy got like a 1 crore package. Nearly 90 percent of the students get placed. My plan is to get a job in a different field.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't really know much about the fee hike, but the fee structure here is purely based on your Vitee ranking. So try to score a good rank. There are a lot of Scholarships for girls and 9 pointers here.

Campus Life

The library inside the campus is massive and there are a lot of clubs run by the students and student welfare department and every day there is an event going on. Extracurricular activities we've got everything here.

Hostel Facilities

here there are AC and non-Ac rooms and you can choose whatever room you want, we got one bed, two beds and all the way up to 8 beds. The room selection is truly based on your cgpa ranking. the mess here is pretty good.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

The eligibility to join VIT is just to attend the Vitee Entrance Exam and the application form can be found on the vit website where all required things are conveyed. admission process was pretty easy during the lockdown, but now I don't have much to say about the offline process.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
