Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I was a part of the ted x club at my school and also I was having a keen interest in journalism. The faculty is highly qualified and very friendly and helpful. the teaching method is unique and more often it's a practical course. The exams a moderate it is having a relative marking system.

Placement Experience

After semester 2 students can join various internship programmes. Also, the college provides internship opportunities after 4th semester. As of time of India people got jobs in companies like Scoopwhoop, radio mirchi times now, Pinkvilla, NDTV etc The average package is 7.5 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are a bit too high but it's worth it because of all the facilities college provides. As much as related to scholarship students who scored well in their grade 12th can apply for scholarship and the details are given on the website

Campus Life

Life at Bennett campus is full of fun events lots of celebs visit campus and you got a chance to see them. There is 2 library and both of them contains all the required books related to your subject as well as you can issue them. Sports at Bennett is 10/10. As there are football, basketball, cricket, swimming, badminton, etc. There are separate courts for all the sports. And lits of fun events are held to motivate students to participate in sports. There are like 11 or 15 clubs at Bennett that covers all the interest of the students.

Hostel Facilities

1. Mess food is good 2. Registeation and hostel fees is done through a college site itself they provide seperate mail for everything. 3. As it is in greatee noida the rented apartment will not be costly

The admission process is smooth, You have to apply on the Bennett university site all the details are given regarding your course. there will be an online exam after selection you will receive an offer letter.

Fees is not affordable for many is one of the drawback of the institute

4 out of 5. interactive activities. good class room environment. encouraged to ask questions and counter questions. having the freedom to express yourself in best possible way. these are some of the good points about the univesity.

Likes

Infrastructure of the university is very well developed
Campus life and student council activities and various events
Well behaved faculties, mentors, and admission department

Dislikes

Particularly, I don’t dislike anything about the university
The only thing is that big Events, such as unifest should be more organised
And eight classes, a day becomes hectic for the students

In my course the students are eligible for internships in the 6th semester. The average package in Galgotias University is 5,40,000 per annum. This year there are over 5500+ placements in university. The university also provides in campus internships

Likes

Infrastructure is top notch. From smart screens to comfortable chairs nothing is old.
Cafeteria has numerous options of food so there aren't any issues except the prices vary.
Campus is very big and has plants that I personally loved.

Dislikes

Faculty is the most troublesome part. Favoritism doesnt end in school but it continues at different places.
Crowd is another dissappointing factor as it may sound people from different parts are coming but the noise they bring is disturbing.
The university management is pathetic. They will make you run from floors to floors of different blocks just to get you tired and end up saying come tomorrow our time is over.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for internship and jobs related to their courses. Department provides numerous opportunities and offers to students for enrolling in different internships and they help you get that. In bajmc I haven't seen any senior getting enrolled in a news channel yet but they do provide internship opportunities at other companies which may be alright. Most students get placed for internship somewhere or the other. My plans after getting the degree is to get back to news.

Likes

Infrastructure of the college buildings and hostel buildings.
Supportive dean and faculty of department
College canteen and cafes are clean and maintains hygiene in food

Dislikes

Some Classrooms are not air conditioned.
Restrictions on timing for entry and exit from campus.
Desks are not much good in the classrooms.

Placement Experience:

The college provides placements every year in top companies. From 6th semester students are eligible for placements. News Nation, Times Now, Live Times, India Live, Sudarshan News, Amarujala, Dainik Jagran, Noida Now, etc. Average package offered is 5LPA More than 90% students get placements through college placement drives. My plan atfer completing my graduation is to work in Public relation industry. My plan after completing my graduation is to work in Public Relation and Media Management industry.

I like some of my senior they are very polite and always their for hrlp
Mess food is good and hygienic mess wale bhaiya is soo nyce
Teacher are soo helpfull call in night they will answer tho

Dislikes

I dislike the area of college like college is soo small to call it college
One person leaving one person outside the college is smoking
Sleep cycle will be disturbed due to lot of work

Placement are really good in college I have many of my senior even I have my sir who passed out in 2015 work in different radio station and after it niw he opened his own radio station so placement Nd everything is good

A Glimpse of My college

Likes

First of all I liked the campus of my college as it has a lots of ample space to vibe on.
All the faculty members as they are very cooperative and they always try to help us all the way.
Fest and sports activities which are organised every month.

Dislikes

Transportation is a major problem with some of the students.
Fee structure is very high and it cannot be afforded by some of the people in the society.
The marking scheme of the college is not that much appropriate.

Placement Experience:

Students who are in semester 5 are eligible to sit for placement interview. Amazon, vipro, MX player, and many other popular companies offer a good amount of pakage to the students. 90% of the students who are willing to go with the job gets placed. I would work hard day and night in order to achieve the highest in the particular company.

The main criteria for admission is the entrance test. After the entrance test, there is a personal interview and a writing test. The final selection is done based on the entrance exam scores, interview scores and also 12th board exam results.

Bennett University worth or not ???

Other colleges I applied for were -- VIT Velore, SRM University, Manipal University and sat for counseling too. The reason I didn't take admission in these colleges was mostly because of the distance from my home. I wanted a good college near my hometown and Bennett was the perfect candidate. It was close to my home city, provided the course I wanted to take and had a decent average package. The curriculum, fests, infrastructure and in general living conditions here at Bennett University are better than those at other colleges. But the placements and the education quality need improvement. The admission process is pretty simple: just register on the website, then fill out the form. Life at Bennett University

The admission here is simple and the reponse of the admission committie and the IT department here is excellent, This college was not on my list to begin with but i ended up choosing this college because of the facilities provided here and also if your are truly wiling to do good then this college will help you , There is not much of a eligibility criteria you must atleast get 60 percentage in board to make it here, For the other college there werent much facilities and i just didnt worked much hard to find colleges but i dont regret my decision alot.
