Likes

The infrastructure of college is great. Loved it.
The hostel Life is amazing also the placements are decent.
The faculty is well versed and trained. It's great.

Dislikes

Mess food is not that good, it's like any other hostel food shown in movies.
The college is a little expensive and also the batch size is very big.
The placements can be better more and college can increase the percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was one of the best available choices. The faculty-student ratio was 1:40. It was decently good. The teachers were well-versed and professional. Their teaching methods were great and focused on practical knowledge. It wasn't difficult to pass the term exam if you took the classes consistently.

Internships Opportunities

There are various software companies visiting campus. Big giants like Microsoft, Airbnb, Flipkart, jio, and Amazon also visit the campus. The projects were assigned to students for the internship and they can even get a PPO from that.

Placement Experience

The student takes placement usually after completing the third year. Some exceptions get the internships PPO or ppo through Hackathons. There are various companies visit the campus for hiring. The batch size is big the placement is approx. %.80

Fees and Financial Aid

Per year the fee was 400000 which includes both hostels as well as mess charges. There were no scholarships as such in college. The companies visit there are pretty decent. The internship opportunities are there for the students. The placement cell works well to provide it to the students.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is great there are various choices of hostel. Single, dual, quad occupancy rooms. I was in dual sharing. The library had all the required books. The campus is big. All classes are designed on a standard basis. The college had various clubs and committees to be a part of.

Admission

One has to clear the entrance exam of VIT to get admission. The application form is available on the website, fee for the form is 2000 approx., It closes around June. There were no reservations or benefits of being a private institute. The admission process was smooth.

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
