Course Curriculum Overview

I chose AIML as it has good scope in the future. We have huge faculty. Most of them are well qualified. Our labs can be occupied by many students. Each student can perform their experiments individually with proper guidance. Two months once we have internals. 2 internals and one-semester end with a lab exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For students through cet, the fee is around 1.5L. If you have a reservation you'd have to pay 45k and you'd get the remaining through a scholarship. You can apply for nsp, ssp, etc. The fee can be paid through an online portal.

Campus Life

The campus is really huge and beautiful. Lots of greenery. They have a small program from different branches every month and we have bigger fests with the biggest one being the college fest. The Library has three floors full of guidebooks and textbooks. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and numerous power sockets. There are intercollege and interbranch sports events for football, cricket, kabaddi, basketball, volleyball, etc. Each branch has its student clubs which organize the events.

Admission

I joined through CET. I got my seat in AIML. My rank was 25k through reservation. The total fee per year is 1 to 1.5L. I applied for a scholarship and paid half of my fees through that. The admission process was done in a day. You can join through REVACET too.

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

I applied to MS Ramaiha, Jain College, NITTE in Mangalore for food technology, biotechnology and biomedical science respectively.
