Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the AI ML course as it was the new booming field and had a lot of scope in the student population is slightly more than other colleges as there are a lot of branches and courses. It also includes commerce and business students. The faculty here are friendly and supportive but you should be interactive with them frequently for them to be more helpful. The directors are very well educated. The exams are quite moderate and it's going to be easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities

For my course, they offered me a developer engineer post in some of the companies and also as an ML engineer. I have completed many tasks and projects which were guided by the lecturers and other special trainers.

Placement Experience

In Reva, student placements usually starts from 6th semester. Until then the students are trained neatly for their placements. The companies visited are wide variety with some of the MNCs and startups also like TCS, amazon, HP and etc. Students with a CGPA of 8 and above are surely getting placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for students through KCET and Reva CET and all other entrance examinations will be almost 110000, on the other hand for management quota they charge 500000 for my course. Scholarships and other financial assistance are very few from the college side as compared to the government.

Campus Life

Campus life will be excellent. REVOTHSAVA Fest and founders day are annual fests and also there are many other fests that are exciting and enjoyable. The library is well structured with water availability and restrooms on each floor, the books are really diverse with each and every kind of book you need the most. The organizations and clubs created here are really helpful in our self-improvement.

Admission

I got admitted to the CSIT AI ML course which is one of the developing fields nowadays. I got admitted due to the KCET examination, in which I secured about 25000 rank and normally the cut-off for this course is 27000. The admission process is very smooth at Reva University, there will be enquiry booths in every main place so we can clarify our doubts clearly.

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Yes the first thing I liked is the campus and the environment there is no harrasment and strict action will be taken.
And second thing is faculty members are so helpful and they always help to students and different festival
And also the campus provide all facilities and make helps to sports and ration is almost equal of boys and girls

Dislikes

Yes some things are there which I disliked first is the campus is very strict and no function are organised yearly ones or twice is very sad thing as compared to other campus
Second thing is food students facing some problem with the food which hear prepared so outsiders facing lot of problems
Third is about hostel facility is good but very strict only once a week the students should go out side and write leave letter to go there native places.

Placement Experience:

Students got opportunity to eligible after 3rd year mainly in 7th semester students get opportunity for campus interview. In my college the company which came to hire is congizent and microsoft and amezon and dell nearly 80 to 90 company are came. The company offers is highest is 40 lack per annum which google provide and minimum is 4lack . Mainly 80 percent of the students are placed every year but due to war happened in the global impact in placement I want to do masters in abroad and then go to the company

Campus is good and mainly located near Whitefield.
too good supportive professor. Staff are too chill. Some staff are like our bestfriend's.
Lab equipment are good . You are not facing any issue with pc.. it's good

Dislikes

There is only few events in a year. I think only 3 events.
Hostel building is too bad. And hostel food is too bad.
There is no field to play games like cricket, football.

Placement Experience:

After 8 sems we are eligible for placements. TCS ,Dell and many companies visited mvj. Highest package of mvj was 22lakhs per annum. Basically some companies ask CGPA at above 8. My plan is a developer after my engineering in python language or Else I will continue my dad business

Canteen is fine has nice and tasty food and quite a lot of options
Library is also good has every book related to my course and few others as well
Lab facilities are also very nice and the college has a nice crowd

Dislikes

It's nothing like I expected, they don't let students use the ground or turfs. Facilities are pretty bad.
They charge money for everything and has zero facilities for college students. Everything is for there school students.
College is very small and the faculties are rude to students. (Mostly the case)

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placements from there 7th semester but I wouldn't recommend relying on college for placements. Not many companies come to this college so placements are really bad. If u have skills it would be better to apply to companies on your own. I don't have details on how many students gets placed but as much as I know it's about 30-50 % And average package is also very low. I plan of gaining skills and certification on my own and job hunting myself in 4th year through my connections and internships. Or maybe go abroad for masters As I'm a first year student I don't know much about which companies come and how much they offer.

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
