Real story of RTU kota

I want to do civil engineering course because I am interested in how these large buildings are standing straight without any support which attracts my attention. So I want to know the science behind these large buildings. In my college, the faculty:student ratio is 48:2. In my department, some professors are passed out from IIT Roorkee or IIT Kanpur but the teaching methods are outdated all over India but okay not very good or poor. Term exams are easy to pass if you study a little bit. Terms exams are conducted twice a year.

Students can work with faculty on research projects, Offered in the final year only and also you can do an internship in 4th or 3rd year at your college will not help you in any way for an internship you have to find an internship on your own or your senior will help if you have good relation with them For finding the internship opportunities. My senior told me that he used to get 10000 rupees a month as an intern in a company.

After the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. More than 100 companies visit rtu kota like tcs, Infosys, and L&T. A total of 228 offers were made during placements in 2022. The RTU Kota average package offered was above INR 4.5 LPA and the highest package given stood at INR 44 LPA given by Microsoft. More than 45 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to do a job in my field.

Fee structure: 1st year:90050, 2 years: 80050, 3 year:80050, 4 year:80050. Many Scholarships are available for students category-wise or also merit-wise. Many students get selected for scholarships in which they got their fees refunded and also seats in college are government aided in which government pays half the amount of fees. Also, there are some TFWS seats in which government pays your full fees and only meritorious students got twfs seats because there are only a few TFWS seats. Placement opportunities are provided by the college in the form of on-campus placement there are many companies like TCS, L&T and more than 50 companies visit our college.

Tech Fest of RTU Kota is 'THAR' and the annual fest is ' 'Anukriti'. Anukriti Fest was held in March this year. THAR is the national-level annual techno-management fest of the Rajasthan Technical University Kota. Many events are organized in college fest by college clubs like Robowars, Bridge-O-mania, Google Hunter, cantilever, Techathon, Track-O-mania, M. U.N, blind coding, forbidden forest, robosoccer, Camp Exotica, and many more. The library of RTU Kota possesses around 105000 books and also possesses over 9000 e-journals. The classroom and labs are okay because they were built in the 90s time. Two lawn tennis courts and three badminton courts, table tennis, a football ground, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and a cricket ground are provided on the College campus also a gymnasium is provided but the equipment is not sufficient. Many clubs are running in college like Nss rtu, music club, finance club, M&M club, master builder club, and many more. These clubs have social pages which are run by students.

Facilities Provided in the hostel room are that they give a fan and also a wardrobe has been provided. You have to bring your bed and table or chair. Meal quality is not good in starting they make good food. For registration, a registration form is provided to you on your Gmail which you give in the college on the admission time. Then you have to report for submitting the hostel and mess fee for securing a room. The fee for a hostel and mess for a year is 60000. If you come late and no room is vacant then you have to rent a room or also reside in pg if I rented a room or pg then I rent a room in shivpura or Skpuram because they are the closest localities to the college or also try to rent a room on college's road near the college. So I have not to travel more for reaching the college daily.

For enrolling in this course you have to apply on reap site which is a counselling site like jossa which is run by the government of Rajasthan for taking admission in more than 130 colleges of Rajasthan. And also you have given the jee exam if not then you can apply on your 12 class marks basis. For the application form, you can fill it out on reap site by paying 295 rupees. And also a spot round is conducted for admission if you forget to fill reap then you can take admission in the spot round. But the spot rounds are conducted only for the vacant seats. Reservations are the same as in all of India. If you are a candidate from Rajasthan then you have a state reservation which is not given to a Rajasthan candidate. Yes, I want only one important thing that please make reap counseling a little bit faster.
