Remarks

The aim and the focus of he college on the students education , career was good . But they shouldn't put them into a stressful conditions, lab facilities has to be greatly increased then only every student will get opportunity to get hands on experience and the transportation has to be considered based on the availability of seats to the students..

Entrance Preview

No. There are no entrance exam to join UG for this college. Through Anna Univ counselling , using the cut off mark, i got the seat. The college has ug (b.e/b.tech), pg,MBA and MCA . I was interested to do b.tech biotech so I opted this college..because in only few colleges this course was available.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Yes, the course was based on the curriculum given by the Anna university. The curriculum was perfectly followed. Importance was given to practical learning, but unhappy with the lack of facilities and individual hands on experience was such a big deal. But useful extra courses like BEC Cambridge English course, c and c++ courses and subject specific courses were given . Elective options are available , but the staffs takes the decision , we can't select the course

Internships Opportunities

Internships are not provided in the college . Students have to attend the internships in any outside institutes or universities. Only in house project at the end of final semester will be allowed in the college .

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement is an advantage about the college.lot of companies like ITs like Wipro, CtS, infosys and core like tech Mahindra, Zoho, zifo come to the college. Nearly 50-60% of the total gets placed in either core or IT. The package level was in the range of 20 k to 30 k per month

College Events

2.5

Every year at the April month, cultural events will be conducted like dancing, drama, competitions like collage making, writing , pot paining, rangoli, mehandi , signing etc. It will be an gala time. Every student can participate in that and winners receive price money in the range of 300-1000 . Every sem end intra departmental symposium takes place which involves completions based on the particular department subject. Inter college symposium event is also conducted once a year, in which students from various college will participate . Intra college and inter college Sports competitions takes places and the organisation was managed by both students and staffs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure are in the same range as other engineering colleges. For counselling students, 80k-1L( 40 k tuition fees and the rest for food and transportion ) For management students , 1L 20 k per year ..( including transport /hotel and food, apart from donation ). But scholarships were also given based on marks and annual income of parents.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes. College provides scholarships base don marks and income . I availed scholarship from college (20k) as well as from AICTE(5k) per year. College scholarship amount will not be given directly to the students, rather the amount will be used to reduce the overall college fees.

Campus Life

4

Yes. they encourage the talents in students by giving opportunity to every student . It helped me to find me merits and faults. Faculties were also good enough in analysing it

Hostel Facilities

4

No. Hostel rooms will be shared by 4 students hostelites and day scholar all have to pay for the food fees. Food was good and has many varieties .

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini interaction with the students are very less . There was no platform for it. It was us who make friends with seniors . The contribution of the aluminium to the college is not revealed to the students by the college

Exam Structure

Every week daily unit test for all the subjects, monthly model tests . It was a lot tiring stressful experience and so it ultimately made students to concentrate on marks than knowledge .

Faculty

3

There are only few high qualified and experienced faculties . Some of them are fresher pg graduates . Some of the teachers I have seen are really knowledgeable and well versed into eaching, but some are really not fit and makes the learning a worse experience .but to follow the college rule, every staff tries to complete the curriculum at time . Staffs cover up the curriculum well, but addition of extra knowledge and light of current advancements to the students is rare.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
