Remarks

College management is very dedicated towards growth of both the institute and students. Several measures are being taken by them to develop the infrastructure and to increase the number of placements.

Entrance Preview

I came to this college by securing very good rank in JEE Mains.Admission process is also very simple and comfortable to the students. I'm particularly interested in technologies since my childhood. That made me choose this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is so good that we can ensure that all the required knowledge is acquired in this time period. Practical learning along with research and development are given major importance.

Internships Opportunities

College also provides internships through various companies that approach the college. Aptitude and technical tests are conducted for internships.

Placement Experience

Placements are very good especially in software related jobs. CSE,IT,ETC,EE,Mech are the core branches present.And all of them have good placement records.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Course fee is around 38000 per semester.That makes it around 76000 per year. And it is quite affordable for all students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel seats are quite less in number compared to the total number of students.All hostel rooms are sharing type. PG s are also present.Food is satisfactory.

Exam Structure

Lab experiments always thrill the students and give them a new energy to do more experiments.

Faculty

Faculties are of top notch with incredible knowledge. Frequent assignments and tasks given by them help the students to complete their syllabus efficiently.

Metal to merical

Likes

Teacher are good knowledge his teaching skills are so good.
Campus are neat and clean,good invironmet.
Civil and machanical labs instrument is so High quality.

Dislikes

Canteen size is very small and cleaness is most important is very bad .
College fees is very high and hostel fees
College Auditorium is very small minimum 200 students is sit here

Placement Experience:

Thos college average placement is 5-6 LPA it's is good in every branch . This college highest placement is 42 LPA this is very High to other colleges. Plans after the completing the course future is very bright

Good college good life

Likes

The college facultys are very well educated and their behaviour is very supportive
The college area is very preferably good for try e convinience of the students
Bus facility is one the best thing i had ever seen in my lifr

Dislikes

Our college is far away from the main city raipur so it makes difficult to travel everyday
The size of the canteen can be extend to a minimum area
The attendance criteria for the students is 75 percentage which can be reduced for the convenience

Placement Experience:

The college provide various campus placement opportunities expected on the pre final / final year of the course but it highly depends on the company s eleigibility criteria for the student but it is very good

Eco friendly and best for student studying

Canteen area are too short to provide big area for canteen

The course curriculum is relevant, well structural And cover the important concept require for the Field. I choose this course becouse it provides a good Combination of theoretical knowledge, practicle learning and technical knowledge.

They have sports facilities and also have ideal lab
Aicte grading is A+ they have also many clubs
The review of college in iic regional is 4 star

Dislikes

75 percent attendance mandatory for class test 1 amf class test 2also
College is far away from the city raipur and also away frome city facilities
They are very strict in also the classnotes.. And in ct 60 marks is compulsory

Our college placement is good average placement is 6 to 7 lpa and the placement start 7 semester amd the internship starts with 5 semester Tca wipeo infosys Samsung's just play mahindra ibm and many more I will go for masters after degree

Likes

There is a café named "Pai chai" which is very amazing and lots of people hangout there for its great Cup of tea.
there are so many good staff and teachers for us to teach. most of them graduated from NITs/IITs and even from IIMs.

Dislikes

There is too less hostels for us. especially for those who are from other states.
Teachers give too much assignment work. very hard to deal with.

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college pretty good for the higher branch like Cse , Ece , IT but for lower branches like ours is very low Only 5-10 students got placed last year from biotech . Whereas the placement percentage of Cse is around 90% . The highest package offered was 56 LPA , that is told us in Induction Program.

IIIT Naya Raipur has best campus!!

Likes

Since NTPC holds a stake in our college our placements are guaranteed.
Chattisgarh Government has provided a lot of scholarship for students of our college and mostly to girls to encourage girl child education.
Many innovations and researches are promoted as our college believes in building IT leaders.

Dislikes

Hostels are not cleaned daily and sometimes we are left to do it on our own.

Placement Experience:

At IIIT Naya Raipur from 2022 where 74 out of 180 students were placed in 2025 the number increased to 127. So placements are surging and so are the numbers are also increasing heavily as well. 10 lakhs it is after 2025 and by next year I wish it to be 15 or more.

Honest Review of BIT Durg by a student

Likes

Overall infrastructure is good and clean. There are different outlets in the canteen area, one can get different foods. Plus it also has an cafe, in case you need a cup of coffee!
Facilities are nice and helpful with few exceptions.
Sport infrastructure is good, but needs maintenance

Dislikes

I don't really like the campus life here, it's boring, nothing interesting happens here.
Some faculties are super mean, They scold you for small things.
I don't like the fact that fees doesn't decrease, they should atleast decrease each year if not semester wise.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason why I chose this curriculum is because I've a keen interest in computer programming. The exams aren't really hard if you know the basics and the curriculum. The Faculties are well educated but low-key outdated. Speaking of curriculum, I feel like the curriculum is super outdated and needs to be changed.

Likes

Campus life: It is very good and homely.
Good faculty and nice teaching 👍🏻 👌 👏
Good coure like CSE with good updated courses.

Dislikes

Less girls sudents . Less girls to boys ratio.
Not good for south students. Cooks according to north students.
No washing machines available for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took cse because it is ever green and demanding. Faculty student ratio is very good here. Every teacher here is done with Phd .many in IITs and some in NITs . Their teaching is good. It is very easy to pass exams here. We can Stuy a night before the exam and get descent score.

Honestly As A Girl , My Parents did'nt Allowed me to Leave my state . Which is very disappointment for me but it is okay They care about me ,so that nothing happen to me.
