Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

Likes

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

College facilities and review

I applied to mostly tier 1 and tier 2 colleges. The common mistake i did was to focus on department rather than the fame of college. I choose to apply to only computer science and information technology. If i had focused a little on the college rather than the department i could have got through anna university or MIT. Those government colleges provide you with various connections and resources for self development.Everything will be at your will and at your pace. Our college has a custom rule that each of us has to follow so the concept of freedom cuts off here. Things are spoonfed here. You donot get much exposure. I chose this college for its facilities, the concept of food then transportation was a greater relief to my parents and the history of placements and discipline is a record....Read More
