Likes

Teaching faculty, supporting staff and good seniors with kind and generous classmates
Libarary full of books for each type of semester exams as well as for competitive exams
Fests like melange,freshers - mesmerizer and different sports event

Dislikes

Very small campus no such big campus life after class hours
No hostel facility for students making it difficult to reside
No canteen in the campus for students so one have to to eat outside for snacks

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and engineering is the most demanding course as the evolution of technology is the future with great career growth and technology is my passion. faculty-student ratio is 1:18. faculty teaching method consists of PPT with practicals and real-life illustration. very good and supportive faculty. Terms exams are on a 6-month duration with some tests in between and practicals also. easy to pass if students attend classes regularly and make notes.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 170500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Aecho- 10000 per month with the role of sde. Projects are for a supportive role in sde. Rupeek internship, al/ml internship, Tata consultancy services -software development. Microsoft- computer hardware development.

Placement Experience

From the end of 3rd year, they are eligible for placement and PPO is also given. Companies visited are amazon 4 offers (32lpa),nutanix(29.5lpa)1 offer,juspay 1offer,srujana-5offers ,Lexmark 1offer, MC Afee 2offer ,accolite digital 1 offer. TCS digital -17 offer, TCS ninja -63 offer.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees for btech cse is 625000 which is quite high and no hostels so paying guest facility is there in that locality which costs 6000 per month including food. No scholarship provided can take an education loan. Cse branch has an average package of 7-8lpa.

Campus Life

Annual fest- mesmerizer in the month of September and tech fest - melange in the month of October. There are plenty of books for courses like btech, mtech, bca, mca, and management with the latest books of the revised syllabus as well. Spacious classrooms for 200 people with working projectors, blackboard, and some air-conditioned classrooms are also present Sports -badminton, carrom, table tennis, taekwondo, football, volleyball, and cricket are present at the sports club. Many clubs are there like the phoenix-official tech club, GDSC coding club,eco-cultural club, and sports club.

Admission

Colleges should have online physical reporting for documents and fee payment because it is not possible for everyone to reach out to the college on the specified date and failure of that can lead to cancellation of seats.

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

The college is good for academics but there is no campus life.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in the college. From 7th semester the students are eligible for placements. About 60% students get placed in the college. The average package of our college is 3-4 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was around 13 lakhs per annum. I will choose to do M.tech after passing out of the college.

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. Placement is okay

I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
