Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choose computer science and engineering as I have interest in learning different programming languages and also I like to learn how to make apps, web-pages , different softwares etc. Even I also joined this course as things in this are logical and quite easy as compared to others. In our department the faculty student ratio is good. I do not know the actual numbers but there are many teachers for a single course like in different sections we have different teachers for same course. Even I do not have any idea about their qualification but their way of teaching is very good as they explain things in such an easy way that you will never forget it and if any topic is hard they will explain it multiple times even after that also if we do not get that then they will provide us video lectures. We have two sets of minors, one mid semester and one end semester. Even sometimes some teachers also take random quizs. Passing the exam is not hard if you have studied well. The teachers support us

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Right now I have not gone through any internship program so I do not know much about that but what I heard is that here most of the computer science and engineering students get internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

4.5

In my college after 6th semester or we can say in 7th semester companies come for placements. Highest package previous year was around 88 lakhs and average package of computer science and engineering is 33 lakhs . In computer science and engineering almost all students get placed i.e. 98 to 99 Percentage.

Fees and Financial Aid

For one year we have to pay academic fees , extra curricular fees like for library , lan connection, medical etc. and also hostel fees which includes water charges, electricity charges and room charges etc. For academic fees we have to pay around 50000 and once in a year we have to pay around 15000 extra money and for hostel we have to pay around 30000. With this we have to pay mess fees also which is 115 rupees for a single day i.e. around 35000 for 10 months. So overall the fees is 1,30,000. There is nothing in our college in name of scholarship for obc and general and even no financial assistance is provided and no job on campus .

Campus Life

4

Fests are technozion, springs spree and many other events like holi celebration, Ganesh chaturthi ceremony, Saraswati Pooja and some small fests. Almost all books are available in Library but the number of copies of a single type of book is not that sufficient. For first it is mandatory to go to extra activities. There are two big grounds where you can run , play cricket and football, even there are 3 gyms two in hostel and one in physical education department. So the sports culture is good here. I do not have much interest in clubs so I do not have any information about clubs

Hostel Facilities

4

In rooms you will be given a bed, table , Chairs, cupboards , lan connection, dustbins etc. For different days there is different food items. According to me , if I will not compare the mess food with home then in comparison to hostel food it is good to eat . Registration for hostel is done offline. After coming to college for offline registration you will be alotted your room . No idea about locality as I have not encountered the local people much

Admission

For taking admission in any NIT and IIT you have to first pass jee mains and then jee advanced with a good score . Then you will be given college based on your rank . For the eligibility either you must have passed 12 with a minimum of i think 75 Percent or even you can also apply while you are persuing 12th and with this you should have science as stream in 12th class. For finding the application form, application fees and application dates you can refer to the official website of national testing agency which has the responsibility to conduct the exam of jee mains and for jee advanced you can refer to official website of jee advanced. There is reservation depending on your category like sc , st , obc , general-ews and there is reservation also for physically challenged students also named as PWD candidates. Different categories have different Percentage of seats reserved in colleges . Even there is also reservation for girls also. They also a proportion of seats reserved in colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course is relevant because we are not just studying theory all the time. Along with regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects and problem solving which actually feels useful. It feels like the course is designed to help us build skills that we will need later not just clear semester exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

Placement Experience:

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer. This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more. The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.
