Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as I had a great interest in this course. The staffs to student ratio is approximately 1:5, Well-trained and equipped faculty are here. The exams are really difficult as one must secure 60 percent to pass a exam.

Internships Opportunities

Many projects are undertaken by final-year students the undertake project in the field of Proteomics genomics plant tissue culture plant genetic transformation etc. Many universities from all over the world are giving internships under the name of IDP.

Placement Experience

The students are eligible only in the last semester. Bharat biotech abc Fruits and nearly 100 more companies visit our campus. The highest package is around 5 lakh per annum initially. The percentage is very low as many students prefer to do the master's. I am about to appear for UPSC exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are available for SC and ST students. Scholarships are also provided for the first graduate students. Many entrepreneurial programs are provided with stipends according to the president's schemes.

Campus Life

Bioconcorrrnza is the fest conducted by our department it is a national-level conference held with many delegates of all over India. Our library is considered to be the one of biggest libraries in South Asia. We do have wifi facility smart classroom. We also concentrate on sports all India sports meet is also held by our university once. Nss, SSL are the social groups led by students.

Admission

If they explain the fee structure and placement details it would be much better. The course covers wide principles and it is very useful for preparing for competitive exams. The application details will be available on the official TNAU website.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

The admission was through govt. counseling or by icar entrance exam. Application is available at tnau.ac in and we have to an Application fee of 3000. The cut-off is the sum of maths, biology, physics, and chemistry marks divided in two. The admission process takes upto 4 months or even more which can be reduced....Read More
