Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this course because I will be learning so many technical skills during this course and I can explore so many sectors through this course. Our teachers come from well-known IITS and NITS so they are well educated and experienced that's why we learn so much from them about our course very easily. Every we have to give two-semester exams within the gap of six months so due to so much time given we didn't have any trouble passing in exam.
Internships Opportunities
So many companies like L&T, Congnigent, and TCS offers internship to students and they also offer so many roles like assistant engineer. These internships are so much help for students to gain experience and also learn skills that will be helpful for them to get jobs.
Placement Experience
After completing 6th we become eligible for campus placement. So many companies visit our college every year like contingent, l&t, and TCS. which offer students internships that help them to gain so much experience. The highest package offered to one student was 48 lakhs by Microsoft and an average package of 3 lakhs was offered to students. 50-51 students of one department get placement. After getting the I want to gain so much experience in the technical sector and get a job in a big company like Microsoft or Facebook.
Fees and Financial Aid
We don't have so many fee hikes the fees of this course are so much more affordable to us around 9000 in 1 semester and our college also provides us good amount of scholarship of 60000 every year which is very helpful for us and that lets us express so much technical skills with our course freely.
Campus Life
In our college we have so many clubs like sports club, dance club, music club, art club, technical club, coding club, quiz club which is run by students these clubs help us so much to explore ourselves in other fields we also have a library in our college which is well decorated and filled every book we need. Every year a tech fest and an annual fest are organised which is helpful for every student. The college organizes a football tournament and a cricket tournament for boys and girls. These activities are very helpful for students.
Admission
If the college authority can admit students by their department then the admission process will be so much smooth. And Coochbehar Government Engineering College admits students by their west Bengal joint entrance rank.
