Course Curriculum Overview
One of the top advantages of Electronics and Communication engineering is it offers you complete freedom to switch between the software industry and the hardware industry. This is one of the main reasons why a lot of companies prefer ECE engineers when compared to other engineers. Faculty of NIT Warangal have great knowledge and experience and most of them completed their Ph.D. degree from well-known institutions. our college also has a good student-faculty ratio which is 15:1. But you have to keep your performance consistent through all the semesters.
Placement Experience
Placements start in the 7th or 8th semester of the course. A total of 268 companies visited the campus and 1,400 students were placed during NIT Warangal placements 2023. The average package offered to students was INR 24 LPA and the highest package given was INR 88 LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is 82%. I plan to go abroad for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers financial assistance through three types of scholarships. These include its merit-cum-means scholarship, MHRD scholarship offered by MHRD, and TS E-pass scholarship for students of Telangana.
Campus Life
SpringSpree, sometimes written as Spring Spree and popularly known as Spree, is the annual cultural festival of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal. There will be all types of books in the library. ATM in Campus. Badminton Court. Basketball Court. Cafeteria. Classrooms. Cricket Ground. Digital Library. Football Ground. It is good if you are studying well and you need not search for entertainment. NIT will provide you with facilities, just you need to utilise them properly. Hostel Facilities
The things we get a bed, table, chair, and cupboard. They serve a good lunch but the dinner is not as good. IFC (A, B, C) are better overall because these are private messes, and the food quality, especially breakfast, is much better Has student portal accounts for all the students. Room and mess allotment, both processes take place online. It is scheduled year wise and allotment for boys and girls happens at different time. I didnt rented a room .
Admission
To get the seat in college you should take the exam conducted by the nit and you should get the rank in the top 1% The application form can be found on the nta website the application fee is 1,500 and the dates will be at the end of the year maximum in December If you have the reservation then you will get the seat even after getting a lower rank The improvement I want is to remove the reservations
