I have been interested in computer science from the very beginning and the teachers here provide very good education and information about the subject. There are 3 exams taken every semester and not much difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies visit our campus such as Amazon, Flipkart, TC, etc. Many projects are given to the 3rd year students to provide good knowledge and industry exposure. And the overall companies that visit provide good internships.

Placement Experience

After 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement. The highest placement in the SRM is 52 lakh and the average package is 10 lakh almost 80% of students get placement every year. After getting a degree main focus is on placement in a good company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The overall fee of 4 years is approximately 12 lakh rupees and the scholarship based on merit is given in the college up to 100% and as I am in the first year, no such job opportunity is given but as I have seen of seniors, there is much more opportunity.

Campus Life

There are many annual fests and tech fests organized in the college such as Rubaroo. Every week there are extracurricular activities on campus and many social clubs such as literary club, sports club, etc. Books are available in the college library.

Hostel Facilities

In the room bed, chair, the table is given and meal in the mess is overall good and nice in taste. Every month the menu is changed and the 4-time meal is given. The registration policy of the hostel is done by the official website.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

The overall admission process was very good. For admission, 75% is required in 12th and the application form is found on the official website of the college. The college is very good and not much improvement is required as the staff and college are very good.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Other colleges I applied are MM college CCS University, KN Miet and IP University. I choose this college over the others because I don't want to go far from my city and this is the only college that fulfilling my requirement.
