In this college the seniors are very helpful.
We have been provided very good teachers.

Dislikes

We have no proper canteen, we have to go outside for eating.
There is no big auditorium in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am Biswarup Sardar from Netaji Subhas engineering college in the department of Electronic and communication engineering. In this college the teachers are very good, each subject has its specific teacher in maths we have three teachers in chemistry we have two teachers and in Basic electrical engineering, we have two teachers. Here the lab faculty is also very good. We are only facing the problem of class infrastructure. The infrastructure of the class is very poor, we are not getting proper smart board and no ac in our classes.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 95000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Last year the total fees were 550000 but this year the fees were 625000, and in the first sem, we had to pay 965000 and in the second sem 81000 and in the rest of the semester we had to pay 75000. If anyone knows about the swami Vivekananda scholarship (SVMCM) then they can apply for it.

Campus Life

In our college, there are many clubs they are eco-cultural club, sports club, phoenix, Google development student club, lencified etc. Our college is totally anti-ragging campus. We have our field and different types of indoor games in the college.

Admission

I am Biswarup sardar. I have been admitted to this college by counciling. I have given both the entrance exams, jee mains and wbjee. And then when jee main result was declared I reserved a set for myself in this college, and we had to pay 25,000 for that. After that my board result was out and I have also qualified for my board exam properly. And after a gap of one month, the counciling process was started. I gave my jee mains rank on the website and waited for the result of round 1 . Then after 7 days the round result was declared and I got into this college, in the ECE department. Then on the next day, the registration was started. I faced a little bit of problems on that day, but after taking lots of time finally i got admitted to this college "Netaji Subhas Engineering College".

BCREC a underrated college

Placement Experience:

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

The college is good for academics but there is no campus life.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in the college. From 7th semester the students are eligible for placements. About 60% students get placed in the college. The average package of our college is 3-4 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was around 13 lakhs per annum. I will choose to do M.tech after passing out of the college.

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. Placement is okay

I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
