Course Curriculum Overview
1. I chose B.Com with ACCA due to my keen interest Accountancy and the global oppurtunities of ACCA as compared to the traditional CA course. 2. Faculty Student ratio is pretty good , theres about 1 teacher per 50 students on an average, 3 Highly qualified faculty members with majority of them holding Phd degrees or currently pursuing one. Teaching methods are good and interactive. 4. Term exams were conducted on time as per schedule ficed by the college calender given to us at the beginning if the year. Passing difficulty was moderate.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is different for NRI and Non NRI students. NRI students would be paying a bit more than the other students. There are various scholarships for underprivelged students and academically bright students.
Campus Life
1. The campus is huge and very green with trees and greenary around the campus. The faciities provided by the college are excellent such as libraries were excellent and well updated with the newest edition of books. 2. Class room amenties were just the standard ones and nothing much special. 3. There were many inter departmental sports and academic oriented fests in the beginning of our semester.
Admission
1. Admission process was pretty straightforwar you have to submit a application when the admission process starts in their website. Then once you are shortlisted you are supposed to attend an interview and submit your documents. After a few days, they will annouce the list of students who have been selected in their website.. 2. All details pertaining to admissions will be given in their website. 3. Nil
Interview Experience
Students who were shortlisted had to go throguh a interview round where they asked about your background, your achievements and some general questions from Accountancy, Business Studies and Economics.
