Course Curriculum Overview
i'm studying BA english honoures at IGNOU now. the course covers many areas of literature and critical thinking. our teachers are experienced and have advanced english literature degrees. there are a lot teachers for each student, so we get a lot of personal help and guitance. the teaching ways are effective and focus on critical and analytical thinking. we have exams at the end of each term, and we get enough time to study for them. the exam can be tough, but they're fair and match what we've studied in the course. i decided to take this course becouse i think it'll help me have a good future, and i still think it was the right choice.
Internships Opportunities
unfortunately, there are not even any internship opportunities for our program for IGNOU students. The university offers a good academic foundation, but lacks particular associations or programs for the interships and practical works. the university would also do well to have cooperation with organizations to help students get hands- on exprience anf build up networks, raising the quality of their overall learning and making them more employable.
Fees and Financial Aid
IGNOU's fees structure is very reasonable. the fee for a 3-year course, which includes exam feel and study material, amount s to only RS. 13500 per year. there is no special campus specific job placement, but there are financial aid and scholarships for minority students, such as ST/SC. the fees hike policy isn't excessively burdensome, but the admistration must strike a balance between cost and access to education. i was supported myself through the IGNOU SC/ST scholarship; it really lightened my financial load and let me concentrate on studying. campus jobs with stipends are not common but financial aid and scholarships help to offset the cost of stadying at IGNOU making it an educationally attractive option.
Campus Life
life at the IGNOU campus might be a little sedentary without the usal ammal fests, or tech fests, but it's always lively. other stage the convocztion ceremony is held annually. at indahills, the library is equally well provisioned with all manner of books and journals worth considering for academic themes. the classroom facilites are pretty mach of a routine, and pretty cool on hot days. while residence halls don't exist, through the students 'own, student-run social networks on the intrnet, they foster student circles and meanwhile encouraged students intergration for a sense of school community. even though the IGNOU doesn't offer many clubs or sports activities. a crop of men other than providing the student with a more complete and harmonious educational exprience, this practice has anothor advantage that it is most likly to make them reach a stable state of human relations with one another.
Admission
IGNOU's admission process was smooth. but before that i had to first make sure that i was qualifed -12th pass at least 50%. afterwords i surfed to the official IGNOU website for application forms, fees and dates. entirely online, it was convernient. and because IGNOU has a merit-based admission policy, the cutoffs are important for me to observe. fortunately i made it through. it was helpful to have the details of reservation benefits all laid out. one thing that would help is a simpler application process. generally speaking, IGNOU's addmission process is effective and fair.
