- Only I liked in srm is that you have freedom go any where with anyone
- It has good environment for study and clubs are really helpful in making you industrial work aware and make resume good with project
- It library is open for most of the time and in srm there is fabrication lab where you can create your prototype for project or product
Dislikes
- It is too crowded and if your class is on 10th then you have to get in a long queue
- There is language problem sometimes with faculty and they gets really angry too fast and you will feel left out of you are from north
- Coding lab are just too heard off they will take you coding in lab practical 2 hour each week and you will not understand the problem given there
Course Curriculum Overview
CSE is one of the course which has one of high job offer and as it has been not easy to get a high earning job which I can get in this course. There are round 60 students in class on average and each class has a faculty upto 6 or 7 . Regarding the faculty Qualification most of them have PhD in their name and most them are from Chennai and nearby few on them are from other state , teaching method same like in CSE course like 1st sem C language they put some ppt on explain all the things and them you to do practical in lab , mathematics teaching is same way you have been taught early, term exam questions are moderate level and it's easy to pass if you atleast study 2 or 3 day seriously for each subject
Fees and Financial Aid
There have given any hike policy for fee till now .some of scholarship are Founder's scholarship gave for four year, Srm merit scholarship, Chancellor Constituency scholarship, defence scholarship of around 20% on college fee , job you can get are of hostel warden and for financial assistance the provide HDFC loan and HDFC bank is available in campus
Campus Life
Aaruush is conducted usually in October and November,then there is Millan fest is conducted in even semester in February and March and to participate you have to pay for every fest nothing is free or on the behalf of college, usually most of the popular course related book are available in library they are kind of old book , for sport there is too much coward you can participate but preferance is given to those who have played state or national level ,Extra curricular there are too many clubs for vary thing you want to join but but if join any of them leaving your class to get attendance you have to get certificate of what you and od signed from alot of person which is a hassle,there are club like aaruush , hackathon and some social group that are fully runned by students
Admission
You have get under 2000 srm jee rank for core CSE and with specialization under 6000 and questions ask are in physics and chemistry so first go for that and then for aptitude and english then for math .it take srm online in 2023 you should check its mode of exam it's changes time to time, application fee was 1200 last time, application form will be available from January usually
