The campus is beautiful and huge which can provide good campus life .
the annual fest is the best thing about the college as famous singers come to perform here .
students from all ranges can be found on the campus .

Dislikes

The education quality is very bad . Most of the time the classes gets cancelled .
most of the faculties have no time punctuality always entering the class after 30 mins of delay .
there is no job scenarion from the campus as most of the graduates stay unemployed .

I had a keen interest in english subject from childhood and I wanted to get further knowledge about this subject . The faculty to student ration is quite good . The professors are well qualified and but there is no punctuality about time in them . They enter the class 30 minutes late and the teaching quality is very average . The term papers are moderately tough but anyone who has interest in the subject can pass easily

Fees and Financial Aid

There is not fees hike in my session but almost the same to the previous years . The cost of study is very low as this is an government college . If anyone thinks the price is very high , hew/she can avail scholarships from the government . The job scenario is very terrible here . No placements are conducted on campus

Campus Life

The campus is pretty huge with large grounds . The annual fest is the most eye attracting one as singers from bollywood come to the annual fest like Lagnajita , Ankit Tiwari etc . The library is average but sufficient with books . There is no such amenities in the classroom but fans , lights , fans , tables etc .

Admission

the eligibility of the course is pretty simple . The admission is based on merit list . you need to get good marks in the subject to be able to get into this college which is not so tough . the application form can be found online and there is no application fee . I have not availed any reservation benefits and I think there is a quota for SC/ST/OBSs . In my opinion, the college should upgrade its online page so application forms can be found easily .

My Experience at Jaipuria to summed it up.

Likes

Quality education and an academically enriching environment. Most importantly, well- versed professors.
Extra- curriculum activities, along with an active sports cell and NCC, and usually various opportunities to participate in Inter-College Competitions.
Well maintained gym with separate timings for girls and boys. The canteen offers a wide variety of foods at an affordable price.

Dislikes

For my department, there was no educational excursion.
Negligence internship opportunities are available for my course.
Only some placement opportunities are available, and companies like TCS and Wipro came up for campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion and a bit of curiosity in International Relations led me to choose this course. The curriculum, in fact, prepared me well for further academic pursuits. For improvement, educational excursions and internship opportunities should be made available. The exam is held twice a year on semester basis, with papers set at a moderate to difficult level.

A balanced view of campus life and learning

Likes

The English department has experienced and supportive teachers. Most professors explain concepts clearly and encourage discussions, close reading and critical thinking.
The course is very affordable, especially compared to private colleges. With scholarships, it becomes accessible for students from middle and lower income backgrounds.
The college has a friendly and diverse student crowd. The girls to boys ratio is balanced with slightly more female students, which creates a comfortable learning atmosphere.

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs improvement. Classrooms and common areas could be better maintained and modern facilities are limited.
There are very few placement opportunities for arts students.
Although some academic events take place, extracurricular activities and active student societies could be improved for better campus life.

Placement Experience:

There are limited on campus placement opportunities here, especially for Arts and Eng Hons students. Most students focus on higher studies, competitive exams or off campus opportunities after graduation. The college provides basic guidance through teachers but formal placement drives are rare.

Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira: A Life Changing Experience

Likes

The college has an ideal atmosphere for studying and the hostel accommodation allowed for close bonding with seniors who helped us out in studies as well as personal matters. The teachers are extremely talented and treated us with care and respect.
It is an all boys college and it is without any doubt a ragging-free campus. There is anti-ragging cell as well as student councelling cell available on the campus to help out with these issues.
The experience of hostel life and the close sense of community that is formed during my stay has been instrumental in my growth and the strict implementation of discipline in our daily lives enriched me and changed my life for the better.

Dislikes

The administration is not always the best. Applications, forms, seminars and event permits all required a long time to get approved by the authorities as most of the time it meant compromising our strict schedule as it is a residential college.
The average food quality in the mess could be better. Again it is not always the best but for the most part it is decent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum provides a comprehensive retrospective of literature from the Old English period to Modern period, while also including English works by Indian authors to demonstrate the diversity and evolution of English literature over the years. The current curriculum I believe requires more seminars and lectures from guest faculties on contemporary research and topics.

Likes

I really like the environment of our college .
And the brilliant and talented professors with phed
And the friendly nature of the people in the college

Dislikes

The unavailability of the boys hostel in our college .
No bigger playground to play ...as there is only volleyball court to play .
The toilet facilities are not poorly managed .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really liked geography as a subject for learning and exploring as it includes fieldwork , surveys and excursion which enhances our mind and experience in our life and this way we have many opportunities to learn new things in our life which is helpful for our future purposes. The only improvements I would like to note that to improve the toilet facilities and placement opportunities.

Likes

Our college has one of the most beautiful infrastructure. I have never seen such infrastructure in any other colleges in our town. Our clg has the best infrastructure with all the facilities required for the students.
Second thing which I like the most about our college is the rules and regulations which helps each and everyone alot. Propers rules and regulations for everything academic co curricular activities
Third thing is the faculty our college got the best faculty ever each one of them are really very helpful and kind. If any problem face the faculty will obviously help you to get a prophet solution to your problem.

Dislikes

Just one thing which the the timing as many students faces problem regarding the timing as sometimes it's too early like 7 am in the morning

Course Curriculum Overview:

If I had to rate the course curriculum then it would be 9 as this course is really good one. The college provides proper teaching facilities with the best teachers and with the help of them it feels so easy and fun to learn. There are no improvement required for this field if they will keep on doing the same thing it will really be good

I like reviewing my college

My college had academic repetition. My college considered the ranking, faculty, expertise, and course quality of the colleges where they were better known for your intended and special program course, curriculum and specialisation. My college does the curriculum well with their career goals are their elective internships and research opportunities are the college were only offering more diverse courses, double measures or unique learning experiences. My College is really close to my home, which is a good thing, and other colleges were a little bit far from my place and convenient location, considering considering tuition scholarship and living expenses, my college is more spiritual for me, then other colleges they were expensive and offered less financial support. My College looked at placements services, alumni support, other colleges did not have strong industry ties or better global recognisation. academic reputations, our college, consider the program, ranking, faculties, expertise, and research opportunities was a course circulation relevant to your career goals. All about Raiganj University

I applied Calcutta University, Jadavpur University, sister Nivedita collage, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose collage , surendranath collage, KNU and more others but for long distance from home I did not attend as I get chance in my hometown University near my home and it is Raiganj University. The criteria was that candidate must have to qualify High secondary exam with minimum 70% score and the main applied subject's score must be grater than 90% and fortunately I fulfilled the criteria.
